Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
When I placed my order, an email was sent to me but went to my junk mail so I did not see it. There was an extra shipping fee that put the order on hold. A phone call would of been a better solution to this but I did not receive one. I had to call and find out what the delay was.
I ordered a standby generator and Norwall was the only company that had them in stock. They did ship it on a timely basis. I would recommend them to anyone for purchase of generation equipment.

I have ordered a home generator which will take 8 weeks for delivery. I'm into my 3rd week. The staff have been very helpful and supplied good information as to delivery, debit card, etc. I will have a better sense of overall opinion when the unit is delivered. Thanks John Riggs

I ordered filters for my Generac generator. They were promptly shipped and arrived without any damage. I was very satisfied with this company.
No one answers the phone , the mo is always the same “ there’s one person ahead of you” If you call every day the messsge is the same. It took 5 emails messages before I got a response from the person who contacted me to let me know that they do not ship to the Vi that I need a freight forwarder and that they can’t charge to my CC and if I wanted the wire transfer documents would be sent to me . I responded the same day by saying “yes” but it took 3 or 4 days 6 emails before I could get the documents. It’s been 9 days now since I sent the wire transfer and emailed a copy of it to Brittany but to date I have not rescued a message by phone or email acknowledging the receipt if the wire transfer. I gave you 2 stars but I think you only deserve one.
order was cancelled because they would not promise to deliver a NEW item, and would not promise to wave the 20% return fee if they delivered a used item.
I know virtually nothing about my order. I have placed it, got a automated purchase receipt but no proof that it is ordered or shipping or in the processed of being shipped.
Ordered a Generac transfer switch on 12/24/20 and the lead time was supposed to be 1-4 weeks. Still haven't received it 15 weeks later. Wouldn't be bad if they didn't already charge me for it on 12/24/20
Buyer Beware, I ordered a generator in Jan, 2021. supposedly it was sent from Champion on the 8th of March. It is now 4/2/21. shipment still in Texas. Contacted Norwall Power Systems by phone several times over the last 2 weeks. No one from Norwall could tell me anything about my order, when i would get it. So today 4/2/21 @10:52am I ended up talking to a Manager Sharon D . She was very rude. She said I have 2 choices, "1) I could continue to wait for my shipment, 2) they could order me another" understanding it could take another 3 months plus another month for shipping. I said which way would be the fastest for me to receive it? Under her Breath, she said "some people are so difficult" I said "yes some people are" she said, "I didn't ask you that, I gave you 2 options, now you have 3, you can get a refund" this Manager is the worst I have ever dealt with. I choose option 3 Refund, but I have yet to receive it. I have file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau BBB
I ordered a generator but haven't received it yet. The order said it would ship in 1-8 weeks. Looks like it will be closer to 8 weeks.
Knowledgeable personnel and great service
I picked a transfer switch from the online sources but after several weeks with no word I called to check on the delivery date and found it to be 8 weeks away. I called the order department to see if they had something compatible with what I had ordered. They did, just slightly more and in stock. In short order they cancelled my first order, made an order for this one and said it would ship next weeks. Fantastic.

Easy to order from and had no problem contacting the company! Due, to the Pandemic we are waiting on our order and that was thoroughly explained to us before the order was placed!

Apr 11,2021Great phone support and sales. Directed to purchase on websight to recieve a home depot gift card. However they offered free shipping and sent an invoice that was paid. Then they asked for additional shipping. Even when they had said on the phone that they had check shipping and it was confirmed to be included. Leaves a bad impression. Destroying the trust we had built wth the excellent phone service If I had not paid I would reconsider doing business with them.
