Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
I have been trying to get with someone in this company to change the delivery address for my purchase. I have called several people and left messages. I have emailed and yet no one has responded. Thinking I should cancel my order. Barb Whitcomb B&W Electric

My experience so far is been very positive people or professional friendly on the phone explained everything to me. I am I was told that I would have a 6 to 8 week delivery date and I’m in that timeframe now that I’m waiting for my expectations are very good so we’ll see how it goes.
Ordered March 14th, unit has been sitting waiting to be shipped 2 weeks. what is going on?
Product arrived in a timely manner and was in good shape on arrival. After set up product functions as it should.

Three stars because it can not be rated yet, have not received unit, there is a one to 20 week delivery window. It has been about two weeks since order was placed.
This was our second standby Generic generator that we purchase from Norwall Power System. The first one gave my family peace and comfort for ten years. We recently installed our second generator with great success. I have recommended Norwall Power System and will continue. The order process was easy even though receiving was over one hundred twenty days. But in the times we are in it is expected. Thank you Norwall.
Great service and the delivery was faster than anticipated. Definitely would order again. Great communication as well.
Received my generator right on time, however the battery cover was off and the battery was disconnected and a terminal bolt missing. Battery was scratched, but appeared to be in good condition. Will check out to see if I need to take to local dealer for any fixes.
Unbelievable idiotic experience. I ordered an item, (transfer switch) two weeks ago. In the process because my billing address was different from the delivery address they actually required that I take a selfie holding my license and credit card. I never heard back from them in two weeks later I emailed them and they said the website stated that it was on back order 1 to 12 weeks and it could take 12 weeks for delivery. All the time their email header simply says sales. That's kind of generic they don't even identify themselves through their emails. In the meantime I've asked my electrical contractor to see if there is a better outlet. I I will probably end up canceling.
I got a call today from the shipping company, after waiting since Nov 16, advising that my generator was scheduled for delivery tomorrow, March 24. A few minutes later the shipping company called back and said Norwall had cancelled the delivery and directed the generator be returned to it. I called and spoke to Sharon who advised that it was being returned because i had cancelled the order Absolutely not true and I wanted to know where Norwall had gotten such information. Sharon told me she could fix it if I would stop talking so i said "please" . Sharon said to f'ing be quiet. That angered me enough that I took them up on the cancellation.
I'm not real satisfied I have been sending several emails and do not receive replies. I'm spending a lot of money and no response I just have a simple question do you have the generator in stock or are you waiting for it. It just keeps saying awaiting shipment. I'm starting to think this is not legit.

I placed my order for some generator parts on 3/8/2021. After 11 days I still had not received any information from Norwall on the status of my order so I called them. The web site's 'order status' page said 'waiting to ship' with no explanation. The gentleman who handled my phone call on 3/19 was nice, professional, and very helpful. He let me know that they did not have the parts in stock and were waiting on the the vendor (Cummins or some wholesaler) to send the parts. My concern: I should have been notified before I placed the order that the parts were not available, or at least received an email from Norwall within the first 2 weeks after my order about what was going on. I had a very poor customer experience and will likely not shop here again.
I feel that your pricing was excellent but there are other companies with the same price. I chose Norwall because one of your service providers suggested it. My disappointment was your website is not very user friendly and requires one to join your network before significant information is provide. In addition, after my purchase their was no confirmation email directly thereafter. I received nothing for almost ten days and only because I called your 800 number to inquire about the GenPad. Your pricing for the Hurricane GenPad was excellent but was not offered in an obvious way when I first ordered the Generator. My experience with my first call was with a gentleman who was most helpful and informative and took care of my additional purchase telling me about the GenPad and your special offer where I almost purchased from another provider but bought from Norwall. If there was a follow up confirmation email after I purchased the Generator and a suggested purchase of additional items to compliment my initial purchase; this would have been great. My first call to your 800 number informed me that my GenPad purchase would be added to my account within a week.....why so long? So I went into your website a week later and it was not listed. The woman I spoke to on the second 800 call had a harsh and commanding voice.....not friendly or meant to value my purchases. The woman checked my GenPad purchase and told me it was recorded but not added to my website account which she took care of this issue. I had to be very nice and careful with your second 800 representative because I felt that she would do something vengeful to my order or purchase.....just my impression. In a time of medical pandemic and storm related disasters throughout the United States, I know you are extremely busy where other businesses are closing and have lost all. So inspite of the uptick in your orders and required added actions, Norwall is doing quite well throughout this period in time where others are not. With the changing climate, your business should do quite well providing the needed items for individual survival at an expense which many have to sacrifice to afford.....I being one. I am grateful for your service and what you have offered to my family. Hopefully all will go well in the future with delivery and performance. People are not purchasing a loaf of bread or hamburgers at a McDonald's drive thru. Any contact with your company or its representatives should be a positive and encouraging one for future reference. Generator is great with no problems at this point. I can not give 5 stars because took 8 weeks to get generator. The generator I received was built 5 months ago and was shipped from Jackson Tennessee 3 days before I received it. Why did it take 8 weeks to get a generator shipped that was setting in a warehouse?
