Mar 19,2021Once in stock, item shipped quickly. Good transaction. Would purchase from them again. Unpacked Generator in driveway, followed quick start instructions and it fired right up on propane. Very happy with how quiet it ran. Won't be able to test with trailer for a few weeks yet, looking forward to it.

Mar 19,2021So far so good. Online ordering was smooth. The picture requirement for different shipping/billing addresses is a little cumbersome but I understand the reason for it. I had to order an additional item about 10 days after the initial order and this was added to the initial order without problem. We will see when things are finally built/delivered.

Mar 18,2021I ordered a kohler transfer switch panel,your website stated"in stock",when i looked at receipt,the ship time will be 1-12 weeks.How can you have in stock and take 12 weeks to ship,after calling customer service,she verified what i suspected that it was not in stock(she got very snotty),so I canceled order and won't do it again.Gary Shirley

Mar 17,2021All went well except customer relations. I sent a reply email several days after my order to the person that verified my order. I asked about a shipping date since it was beyond the posted time. I never got a reply. I also sent an email through the web contact page and never got a reply. I finally called the store and spoke to a person in the generator division. He stated that my order would be shipped that week. It was shipped the following week. The web page stated order would leave the warehouse in 3-5 days, it took several weeks, not a problem if I would have been kept up to date. Generator finally arrived about 5 days after shipment, in great condition, shipping company did a great job. Overall pleased but disappointed in lack of communication after several attempts.

Mar 14,2021Shipping was slow. Once the product did arrive it was just as described and I could not be happier. I ordered my generator shortly after the Texas ice storm so I figured there might be a delay and there definitely was. It took my generator almost 1 month to hit my doorstep, but it did arrive. Another issue is the communications to and from the company. I sent 3 messages via the messaging system on their website and never received any response. However, once I called the number listed on their homepage I received order and shipping updates which were accurate and helped out. All things considered I cannot fault the company because they delivered and it’s a great product, but I could only give 4 stars due to slow shipping and communication issues.

Mar 11,2021FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!! on website states 1 to 12 weeks to ship out transfer switch way past 12 weeks called still don’t have an answer to when they will be shipping out . For that am sorry for this company should have order it from another company that had the transfer switch in stock would have been up and running already.

Mar 20,2021I purchased an RV generator in January and was supposed to receive a 50.00 Home Depot card and have not received it yet. Other than that product arrived earlier than I thought.
