Mar 04,2021Purchased a Champion Dual Fuel generator on Norwall's online website. I paid using the Paypal link on their website and completed the payment. Paypal sent me a confirmation that the payment was completed, which was also confirmed by my credit card company. A few days later, I get an email from Norwall Power Systems by some who identified themselves as "Sharon D" stating PayPal has not funded the payment for my purchase. "Sharon D" advised me to dispute the payment with PayPal and pay Norwall with another form of payment. I sent "Sharon D" the PayPal transaction number showing I paid for the generator and she later replied that Norwall will not ship the generator until they receive payment for my purchase. I asked "Sharon D" to contact PayPal and inquire about having not received the funds for the transaction, but "Sharon D" never responded back to me. I was fortunate PayPal returned my money after I disputed the transaction. I do not trust Norwall and I purchased the generator through a different merchant.

Mar 03,2021Order status updates are infrequent. Weather has caused outages across the US. A major ice storm here in Oregon, near failure of the power grid in Texas, winter storms in the east. Covid Vaccine shipments have been delayed in the east. I appreciate what the demand for generators and shipping must be. I have received an order confirmation, and the status has shown “awaiting shipment” for days. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the order. Again, I appreciate the demand and the season. I would like to know where we are, between “awaiting shipment” and “shipped”, with an estimated delivery date. Thank you.

Mar 02,2021My Champion Duel Fuel worked well right out of the box. Started on the first pull ! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stores was that the delivery guy didn’t want to wait until I inspected the unit. I didn’t give him a choice !

Mar 02,2021Read reviews on generators for a few months. Champion had pretty good reviews so bought one online from Norwall. Got a very good price that included shipping. Ordered with a credit card on Monday and received it Friday the next week. Arrived in good condition. I had no issues at all.

Feb 26,2021The product was advertised to leave the warehouse 4-5 days, after 13 days I contacted customer service for tracking information only to find out the item had not shipped. While I do understand delays due to weather, I don't understand the lack of communication. In addition my order will not ship for another 5-7 days and that's a best guess according to customer service. Frustrating experience due to lack of communication.

Feb 20,2021Attempted to order a Cummins Whole House Generator and Transfer Switch from Norwall Power Systems via their web site. I selected their payment method of PayPal and completed the payment with confirmation back from PayPal that the payment was complete. Got a call from Norwall Power Systems (Sharon D.) that they have not been paid for my order and I need to cancel the payment with PayPal and pay them directly. I asked Norwall Power Systems (Sharon D.) to contact PayPal since they were a merchant of PayPals and she refused and proceeded to tell me they were going to end their relationship with PayPal. After speaking with PayPal twice over the phone they investigated the payment and found that Norwall Power Systems had in fact been credited with my payment. Upon notifying Norwall Power Systems (Sharon D.) of PayPal's findings she told me not to be surprised if I received nothing and proceeded to cancel my order. PayPal will not do anything since they verified that the payment had been made to Norwall Power Systems. Currently in Credit Card Charge Dispute now with Bank of America. Sharon D was fairly aggressive and condescending during the phone calls. Wrote an EMail to the CEO of Norwall Power Systems with all facts included and requested an investigation with no response.

I placed my order with Norwall February 1 2021 and got a call from the freight company would deliver February 14 2021 very satisfied with Norwall but as luck would have it we got a bad ice storm hope to have it next week
