Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Feb 09,2021Dealing with Norwall Power Systems was extremely easy using their user friendly website. Their payment method, with the ability to use Paypal was also nice. The freight carrier that delivered my unit was very efficient and effective, and I have only praise for their service. My only complaint, and it's small, would be the time it took to have my generator shipped. All in all, however, I would not hesitate to use Norwall again for future purchases.

Feb 09,2021I purchased a 20kw generator online and joined the Norwall Power Systems online account on October 19th. I got an email that said they got my order then I never heard from them again. I even sent message through my account site and I never heard a word. I am not certain that they are a legit company at this point. They have not charged me for a generator which is nice but I still have no indication that this order will ever actually be made. I probably need to just cancel this order and find a more reputable vendor for my purchase. I was trying to be understanding and patient with the Covid issues but never hearing anything is beyond being patient.

Feb 05,2021Runs great but assembly instructions were terrible. I suggest you use boat fuel with no alcohol added. This killed my last one. It works fine in a pinch but long term storage it is bad due to water attraction. In addition use fuel shut off switch to let the carburetor pin "relax" when you are done running the engine. This will help with a longer life for the unit imo.

Feb 04,2021I purchased an expensive generator with "free" shipping. When they found I was in a remote area and the shipping costs would be higher than normal, they wanted me to pay for it. Ended up cancelling the order and finding the same product for less with truly free shipping.

Glad we were home when they delivered the generator because we never received our phone call 24 hours in advance; because, even with clarifying our phone number with them before they shipped it, they had it wrong.

Feb 02,2021The generator arrived and I couldn’t start it after 6 hours. I called and was told you have a warranty problem, contact Cummins. After 4 phone calls I was told we can’t look at your generator until mid February 15 our tech is on family leave. So I am dead in the water with a generator I can’t start. To date this has been most frustrating.

There has been no response. This outfit is very uncommunicative. I will start to look elsewhere for a generator.

Jan 31,2021I was very pleased with Norwall Power Systems and also with the ABF shipping company that brought it to me. From the very start Norwall was in touch with me letting me know where my order was and when it would arrive. When it got to the El Dorado Ark office of ABF trucking co. I was notified and the next day a very friendly driver in an 18 wheeler came down the very small road that runs in front of my house and unloaded the generator onto my side by side for me. My son is a licensed electrician and he came today to unbox it and get it ready for me. He was very impressed with the generator. I bought it because I trust the Cummings and Onon names and I was not disappointed. It cranked right up and my son tested the voltage and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. He was very impressed. I have bought three 17Kw standby generators from Norwall Power systems over the past years and have always been satisfied with this company. We move around a lot so this time I decided to get the best portable I could find and I think I found it at Norwall. Thanks.

Jan 30,2021Got an e-mail that they had received our money & a statement from them that the order could not be canceled & that is the last I have heard from them. I have sent two e-mails for a ballpark date of delivery but no reply.
