Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

Oct 14,2020I ordered a Generac home stand by generator 3 weeks ago I was E-mailed an order number and says it's in processing. Still in processing 3 weeks later! After numerous phone calls and never an answer, or a replay! Not even a courtesy call! They have not even charged my account. I'm so fed up and I can't even get a hold of someone to cancel my order! I will be calling my bank in the morning and telling them not to let them bill my account. Covid or no covid, it's not an excuse to leave your customers hanging. I wanted this installed already but instead I'm shopping all over again. This time I'm going to buy in person so I know the place is legit

Oct 10,2020Norwall Power Systems is the place to go! I needed a Generator asap and they came through. All the other places were telling me 12 weeks. They had it to me in five. All the people at Norwall were on the ball with helping me get what I needed. I cannot be more pleased. Delivery to my site was done with ease. P.S. : My installer is a Generac rep. and he couldn't get the generator that quick.

Oct 09,2020Awful.. I received a dented unit and no one will fix it. Its $500 in parts there cost. So its probably$200 out of there pocket to fix there mistake. The box was perfect. Until i took the box off and the front and lid are dented. I spent $3000 on a dented ugly unit. I will be writing bad reviews all over the internet. Im so disappointed this company cant make it right over a couple hundred dollars

Oct 07,2020This is probably one of the worst companies that I have dealt with in the last 10 years I bought a standby generator (8500) on August 8 when it had a ship date of 1-6 Days. I paid by E check which would extend the processing time (it cleared in 2 days. I inquired 8 business days later to confirm shipment and was told E check added 4 days so it had not been " ordered" yet. I sent multiple emails requesting an update on shipping and never received an actual answer. I even threatened to cancel. NO Response It would appear as long as they have your money that is all that matters Funny thing is Amazon had the exact unit several times over this time period with 2 day shipping. My generator shipped from September 16

Oct 07,2020Ordered a preventive maintenance kit on 08/18/2020, ORDER # 193538 and as of this date, 10/06/2020, still have not received the item even though I have received an invoice and account charged. Spoke with two associates, one in latter part of August inquiring on the item, and told the backorder was due to covid-19. Spoke with another associate on 09/23/2020 and was told everything is backordered. Spoke with last associate on 10/02/2020 and was told item should be shipped in two days. I understand about the covid-19 thing; however, in that light, Norwall could have removed a oil filter from a new unit and shipped it to me. Still waiting !

Oct 03,2020I ordered a generator and paid in full for it on Aug 1st. Norwall said it would ship within 1 - 8 weeks. Never heard a peep from them. Called back at the end of 8 weeks (took forever to reach a cs rep), and was told it would be several more weeks, but still couldn't give a date. I did ask for, and received a refund, but what a total waste of time!

Sep 29,2020THIS ORDER WAS CANCLLED, THEN WE ORDERED 2 WHOLE HOUSE GENERATORS AND ONLY ONE WAS APPROVED CAUSE ONE ADDRESS WAS DIFFERENT FROM BILLING ADDRESS OF CREDIT CARD. WE SENT PR00F 3 TIMES AND STILL THE ORDER WAS NOT FILLED.
