Oct 25,2020I am disappointed as my order shows it has not even been processed yet and I ordered the part two weeks ago. The site was recommended to me by my electrician who stated that Norwall was a reputable company with good prices. To date, my experience has been less than enjoyable.

Oct 22,2020Ordering was easy. It is what happens after you order. There is no communication from then on the status or expected ship date, After 3 weeks I still do not know when to expect the generator. You have to line up the installation with local pro's and timing is critical.

Oct 21,2020I never bought the generator from Norwall Power Systems. They advertised free shipping, but asked for an extra $150.00 to ship to me. Not really free shipping. I spoke with several other costumers of Norwall Power Systems and they said they were charge extra for free shipping.

Great assurance in Wisconsin during the summer storms and winter storms. i recently ordered a maintenance/tune up kit and was not sure which one I needed. Oct 19,2020I ordered a inverter generator that showed online like it was available. After a week I checked back only to find that there was a comment that the product was out of stock and no date as to when. I called customer service only to find out this product was out of stock since Jan-Feb timeframe. The 2 problems is that you charged my credit card even thou it was not available and the product was showing available on the website but the customer service rep seemed to know it was not in stock and not expected anytime soon. When I asked why the site took the order if you know you don't have stock, her simple answer is well it is an automated system. To me that means if it is automated you shouldn't have taken my order, nor charged my card if you knew the product was not available.

Oct 19,2020My question is whether or not Norwell a trusted and reliable company? I ordered Generac unit 09/02/2020 with expected delivery in 1 - 3 weeks. My credit card was debited on the day of the order but it is now 7 weeks with no delivery. Have I been scammed? Does a reputable company take your money then don't deliver? If you are looking to order form Norwell BEWARE......
