Sep 23,2020Waiting on item that was supposed to be in stock., They already charged my credit card without shipping product. I have been billed and paid credit card. I get a notice after 10 days my order has been delayed. They should never bill anything they did not shipped until its been shipped . I and ever other customer should not be financing this company by prepaying. Will never recommend this online company So read the response. They blame them charging their customer on Cov-19. They should not charge anything until they have the item in stock... Bad business practice.

Sep 22,2020Their web site states 1 to 4 weeks delivery. Had mine on order for 3 weeks and their telling me know that the generator won't ship until November. I believe that it falls under false advertising. Trying to get my refund and still haven't back from them. Norther Tool was a little higher but their delivery will be in 3 weeks.

Sep 21,2020When I ordered my generator Norwall delivered it very quickly. But now I need a maintenance kit to service my generator after 10 days running due to Hurricane Laura power outages. It was ordered two weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. There is no good reason two filters and one gasket should take that long. Estimated shipment was 37 to 39 days. You do realize that most major storms take power out for weeks at a time don't you? You should do better.

Sep 21,2020With no prior notice, the freight company showed up with the generator. Originally I was told it would be delivered by an 18 wheeler truck. When I ordered in the comments section I advised that an 18 wheeler would not be able to come down our driveway and I would have to take delivery at the front of my driveway. I was going to have it transferred to the back of my truck but later a neighbor offered his tilt trailer to use. If the freight company just unloaded it on the ground I had no way to lift it because of its weight. With the trailer, I could take it to the area to be installed and use the tilt to put it close to the area for installation. The neighbor needed a day's notice to get me the trailer. Since I received no notice of delivery I had no trailer and no way to move it once it was offloaded. I refused delivery and sent an email to Norwall. The next day I received a call from a customer service rep ( who has no business dealing with customers) telling me the order was canceled because I put too many restrictions on delivery. Things got nasty on both sides even though I attempted to explain why I did what I did. She claims the phone number I gave them was no good and that's why I got no notice. In the comment section when I ordered was the phone number I told them to use. I still have my emails if you need proof. Plus how did a customer service rep call me if the phone number I gave them was no good? Any way my order was canceled. I have already found another source for the same generator at a little better price so all the customer service rep did was lose a sale for her company. I was also told my money would be refunded. My order was canceled 9/18/20 and as of 10/3/20, my refund has not been accredited to my card. I have sent one email and contacted customer service once and was told they would look into it but that has been five days ago. I have now started a dispute through my credit card company.

Sep 20,2020When I originally ordered a generac 22kw, it was listed as shipping in 10 days. I ordered an additional one, but it showed a waiting period of 12 wks or more, so I canceled and ordered 2 Cummins 20kw, which were showing as in stock, and shipping within a week or so... Norwall was great and canceled this order... I am still waiting notification of shipping for my original order, but I imagine there is high demand right now.. totally happy as long as they ship soon..

Sep 18,2020The only problem I have had with Norwall on this shipment was that their supplier of the automatic transfer switch could not provide the switch. I waited for what I thought was extra time and had not received any news of the shipment. I called Norwall and found this out after 2 weeks past when they said it would ship out (shipment time was estimated at the time I had ordered). Upon calling I was informed of the problem of the supplier, which I canceled the order and Norwall refunded my money.
