Norwall PowerSystems was established in 1997. Our company specializes in the Sale of Emergency Backup Power Generators and Associated Equipment.

We sell and support: Generac Power Systems, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler Power Systems, Cummins and Onan RV, Kubota, Esco, IPI, Tiny Tach and Westinghouse. We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.

Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

With all the tragedies across the country (hurricanes, midwest derecho and overwhelming wild fires) I knew this backordered generator would likely take several weeks. It was well worth the wait! Not only is the product outstanding the entire purchasing experience has be A+ After two weeks I called for an update and was greeted by very professional and pleasant Norwall team members. They answered my questions to confirm a tail gate residential drop without fuss. Once the Champion generator departed the warehouse i recieved email updates on the shipping progress followed by a call from the transport company to schedule delivery. The generator arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was straight forward and a breeze. Once complete and the unit filled with oil and fuel it started up without hesitation. I will add, this unit is louder than the older 6500watt device made by the H it replaced. Not terribly, but noticeable. I'm currently in the break-in period and very pleased with the performance. The unit is driving the entire house except for the air conditioner with no issues. This is a quality product that I hope provides many years of service. The only requests I have: 1) include a power or current meter 2) multi fuel capability (gasoline, propane or natural gas)

I had to call four separate times and sent two e-mails before someone would talk to me. Once I actually talked to a person, the order process was easy. Makes one wonder if they really want to sell generators or perhaps they have more business than they can handle. They told me that since we were paying by check, they would hold up shipment for four days, (until the check cleared). Our check was cashed on September 9'th and still no shipment. According to their website, our generator will ship in 1-3 weeks; but that info is 2 weeks old. We don't know what to expect.

We were frantic to purchase a generator while also interviewing contractors for the installation. Many moving parts to pull it together, during a time when so many are doing the same. We made many calls to the customer sales support at Norwall and each person was patient and honest, never giving false promises or showing impatience. They addressed our questions with sincere honesty and courtesy. Our generator arrived earlier than quoted! The freight folks were efficient and on time. Can’t ask for better care from point of sale to delivery.

Good prices, simple process, and good communication Generator arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is now installed and working as expected. No more power outage for me thanks to Norwall and Generac!!

the on line purchase was easy.it arrived well crated I have the electric hooked up, the propane will be hook later this week. the propane is now hooked up. the unit seams to work ok. it started up today on the auto run cycle. all is good so far.

Easy process to order but a long lag before processing payment and shipping....literally weeks. The site said it would leave warehouse in 1-2 days. I'm sure some of this is due to Covid but I never expected to wait this long to have orders processed. Calling seems to help as I got shipping info the next day.

I actually have no real complaint. The email from the company stated my generator would be left at the edge of my drive. The front 3/4 of my drive is pea gravel, but the driver was clearly prepared to deliver the generator to the end of my drive, which is paved. Unfortunately, the device used to move it couldn't get through the gravel. I had to eyeball it for a couple of hours til I could find someone to help me move it. Nevertheless, delivery was on time, product was in good condition, driver was professional. Would order from again.

They just want your selfies Send us several selfies of yourself holding card card to your face Send us a selfie of your self holding your Driver’s license I did all that and at the end they needed more All the Selfies was not good enough Not enough time in a day to play snap chat with these montobans. When I ordered on August 29 it said it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. I called on September 8 and the woman that answered was chuckling about it and that it was not sent out yet. I got an email later that night it was being shipped on September 9 and I would receive it on September 11. I did get it on September 11 and everything was find. The problem is if I didn’t call on September 8 when would it have been shipped?
