Sep 07,2023We have been with Care Planner for 18 Months, and I can say that out of all our supplies, Care Planner has given us the least of any problems, it has been reliable, and it does what says on the tin! Unlike other suppliers of ours, where I spend most of my time addressing issues. When we do have reason to highlight an issue, the team at CP, are fast to resolve it and very polite in the process - keep up the good work!

We were allowed to ask questions during the session for clarity and a better understanding of some complex areas. It was so informative and extra information has been sent by email.

Jul 20,2023The people at Care Planner are very accessible if we need to contact them and very pleasant when we do. Nothing is too much trouble and no problem too insignificant to be dealt with. The training is excellent and very clear and they make a recording and send it to us so we can go over it again if we have to remind ourselves. We have been very pleased with them and would recommend them.
