Rob is very helpful and will go the extra mile to help you out. Very funny and has a good sense of humour which with alot of customer service advisers you don't tend to get. Always happy and bubbly.

We have been with Care Planner for 18 Months, and I can say that out of all our supplies, Care Planner has given us the least of any problems, it has been reliable, and it does what says on the tin! Unlike other suppliers of ours, where I spend most of my time addressing issues. When we do have reason to highlight an issue, the team at CP, are fast to resolve it and very polite in the process - keep up the good work!

CarePlanner is a very compact and comprehensive planning system that is a major part of our success! It is an efficient and reliable system. Our Account Manager Iddy is a great tutor and really took time to demonstrate how the system works and how we can derive even more benefit. We would not hesitate to recommend this planning system to any organisation.

Megan (our account manager) was very informative and very helpful. Megan explained in a way that we understood how to solve some issues we had,at a good pace and trained us how to solve some things and giving us ideas.

The trainer took time to take us through all the necessary information we requested. It was a training session arranged through the CarePlanner ticket system. We were allowed to ask questions during the session for clarity and a better understanding of some complex areas. It was so informative and extra information has been sent by email.

Everything about the care planner is about making care co-ordination simpler. Using the care planner has made my life so easier. It is amazing. I am so grateful to Rob for taking time out of his day to assist me to fully understand the care planner and all its benefits. I would highly recommend.

The app is clear and easy to use. We are able to keep track of our carers to help provide a better service for the clients by being able to monitor lateness etc. The admin side is pretty straightforward and can be tailored to the companies needs

The people at Care Planner are very accessible if we need to contact them and very pleasant when we do. Nothing is too much trouble and no problem too insignificant to be dealt with. The training is excellent and very clear and they make a recording and send it to us so we can go over it again if we have to remind ourselves. We have been very pleased with them and would recommend them.
