Am so happy I found careplanner for my business, as a new starter and they have what am looking for as well. They have good customer approach, Megan was very patient with the training and took my team through the process of using the app. My team was very thrilled about it . The whole team is so excited about Care planner and they can't wait for the the second section of the training

Samantha is doing a great job for us. She is always checking on our progress. We have got a smooth flow of things now, Such a helping hand is amazing. We recommend more to join care planner. Having Jess support has been great being a company who were not using an electronic care monitoring system. The support we got allowed the transition to be done step by step with no pressure. Right now we are using the system confidently and can see the benefits of care planner already.

Lauren our CarePlanner account manager has been extremely helpful and patient with us, while we learn the scope and functionality of CarePlanner. Her knowledge of the system is thorough and she has been able to grasp the complexities of our organisation and help us to adapt the system to fit our needs.

Lauren is our Careplanner account manager and has been for 2 years. She had made our experience wonderful by being easily accessible when we need her but doesn't make a habit of contacting us unnecessarily. The training delivered by her is informative and to the point, and this made our transition to a electronically monitored system simple and stress free.

Transitioning to any new system is difficult, however the support and step by step guidance to support with all the data transfer was brilliant. For some of the less technical people such as myself, having the support team to email through the day or even the account manager who can advise with queries you may have, no matter how minor they may be, is reassuring. We have had some hiccups with the mobile app side of things however as we are a larger company and technology is unpredictable this is to be expected. The system is user friendly and i would be happy to recommend it to anyone. Especially with the support from the people behind the system. There is room for improvement with some of the features on the system but there are regular updates with new features and you also have the option to suggest improvements.
