Aug 06,2021I have been working with Care Planner now for around a year and have had excellent Customer Service whenever i have called in with a query. The staff on the other side have been helpful, patient and friendly. A special thank you to Ryan Booth and Tobias Faulkner, as they usually are the ones who take majority of my calls and enjoy having a good conversation and get the job done at the same time. They are both extremely supportive, as on some days i call around 4/5 times with different queries. Could not be more happier with the service. Looking forward to continuing our work together.

Aug 03,2021I have had a good start with CarePlanner. I was shown how to do basic things like adding carers and clients and scheduling appointments. The system appear to be friendly and does not require a computer wizard to understand. Thank you CAREPLANNER

I didn't know how to do anything when I first started, their team were very patient, tolerant, friendly, willing to HELP, they pick up the phone quickly always, they are very Calm and fantastic. Please anyone looking for a care management system use care planner! they would help you till you are very confident. I used to call about 10 time a day for help, they alway helped, now don't call anymore, they help me till I was confident.

Aug 11,2021The service at Care-planner has been excellent from the beginning when liaising with the sales team I spoke to Ellye who was extremely patient and took time out to go through what Care-Planner has to offer. The service cost is very competitive and helped me to choose Care-Planner as my rostering system. the added bonus of two way integration with the Pass System was also a big decider. once signed up I was allocated a account manager Lauren I couldn't recommend her enough she has been supportive helpful and listens to what we need she has trained my staff on how to use the system. I myself am not very technical in systems but even with me she has gone above and beyond to give me step by step instructions on how to roster and create invoices. I have called support a few times and again they have helped every time. I am glad I went with Care-Planner and hopefully as time goes by will only have a better relationship with the team.
