I strongly recommend Care Planner! Is a straightforward system very easy to learn how to use it. Also Care Planner has so many features which help with CQC compliance. Recently, I had my training with Adam Wood. He has been supportive and efficient, any questions I had Adam came back to me with the answers. The entire team from Care Planner is friendly and supportive. Thank you Adam Wood and thank you Care Planner! Looking forward to working with you!

The company I work for is the company I am writing this on behalf of. I joined the company with CarePlanner already established, although only being used for rostering. Since January/ February time we have made some huge changes within our IT solutions and despite an initial thought of CarePlanner not meeting our needs, it has become instrumental in our business. When you spend some time to understand what CarePlanner can offer, you quickly realize the true asset it is. It would still be fair to say that CarePlanner does not have all the features we would like it to have and despite filing three suggestions to them (via their chosen route), I have never heard anything back. That said, CarePlanner can genuinely make the day-to-day and management of a care company borderline effertless! There have been some bumps in the road while bringing CarePlanner up to a useable functionality, but with a quick email or phone call, their customer service team is on it. They are incredibly knowledgeable and when it is something they can't do, the technical team clearly gives you the solution. I have recently had the aid of a gentleman called Chris F who was fantastic, professional and helped to exceed our expectations. I have also had the aid of a member called Tobias, on multiple occasions, he too is incredible friendly, profeshional, and an asset to the service CarePlanner offer. We, as a company recently were described as aggressively expanding. I can say with every confidence that this is down to the aid of the CarePlanner tool and the team who support it.

After extensive research for a replacement booking system Care-Planner was simply the best choice. The system has a highly intuitive user interface and is well priced. When purchased we received 3 training sessions, of one hours duration each, that were impeccably delivered by the fabulous Leanne, she was highly knowledgeable pertaining to the product and enabled us to get up and running in line with our implementation schedule. I have had to call support on a number of occasions and they have been outstanding!!! Brilliant product, brilliant induction training and brilliant support, need I say more?!
We are quite happy with the service, still learning and many thanks to our account manager Leanne, who has been with us all the way through in making sure that we don't miss out anything and being helpful at any time where there is a need.

Our allocated account manager Lauren is always very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She is always available to answer any queries I may have and easily resolves any issues. We feel very lucky to have her as our point of call and we find Care Planner very easy to use. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
