Dec 28,2024I ordered two oak bookcases in the 12th December and they were delivered on the 16th December by two great delivery guys. Now that's what I call service. I was delighted with the furniture and really did not expect to have them before Christmas . A superb company, I was so pleased with the whole experience and quality and price, I have ordered other items for my new house.

Dec 27,2024When I first ordered my daughter’s bedroom furniture it wasn’t going to be in stock. They kindly let me know as was going to be 20 weeks for delivery and suggested 2 alternatives and delivered a few days later. I was so impressed I ordered some more pieces after Christmas. Only let down by the reduction code not working.

Despite some damage during shipping, the company's customer service was outstanding and they quickly resolved the issue by replacing the damaged item within just a few days. I highly recommend this company for their excellent products and top-notch customer support.

Dec 26,2024We have now purchased 4 pieces of furniture from Oak Furniture Superstore - a dinning table and chairs, a larger dresser, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All the items have been good quality, and fully met our expectations based on the pictures and descriptions on line. Delivery has generally been ahead of the promised date, and the delivery company used - BJS - has been professional and helpful. Compared to other oak furniture suppliers we have used, we find OFS to provide a good balance of quality and price. I definitely recommend OFS.

The item is of excellent quality and finish. Very substantially constructed and beautifully finished. I am delighted with the product quality.
