Feb 23,2024Ordered and received, from the Weymouth Range, small sideboard, coffee table, TV unit, 2 lamp tables and a display cabinet. Also dining table and 4 upholstered dining chairs. Ordered from the website without ever seeing these items in real life. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Ease of ordering, communication re delivery times, delivery, packaging and the delivery guys - perfect! The furniture itself is beautiful - the finish and quality is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! Thank you all so much x

Feb 22,2024Recently took delivery of 4 light oak dining chairs and we are really pleased with the quality and value! I was also impressed with how well they were packaged. They feel very solid and very well put together and the delivery guys were great too! Would buy again and will recommend, thanks!

Feb 21,2024Ordered four Items from the Bradwell range. The double wardrobe and wide chest of drawers arrived with several areas where the finish was extremely poor, especially for such expensive items. They actually look like factory seconds, wouldn't be surprised if these had already been returned at least once. The grey paint had been applied badly on one of the drawer handles, it was rough rather than smooth as it should have been. On one of the wardrobe doors, a few areas hadn't been sanded smooth properly and you could see the drill holes etc. The right hand door also wasn't hung straight, but there was no way of adjusting it as the hinges are fixed. They were also extremely dirty, in particular the legs and the inside of the wardrobe were thick with a dark grey/black dust - presumably from the finishing process. Luckily I noticed this before they marked the new carpets. Was offered a derisory £60 per item to accept the items as they are, which I declined. To save the hassle of exchange, I offered to take them if they refunded a reasonable amount which they refused. Now awaiting exchange items to be delivered which will be several more weeks. Cannot recommend this company at all. Seems they send out sub-standard items knowingly, hoping you'll just take them because large item delivery is a pain. My total order was almost £1,600. UPDATE: After reading this review, Oak Furniture Superstore eventually offered an acceptable partial refund to accept the items as-is. Fair play for sorting it out, but really I just wanted the items in good condition.

Feb 18,2024I brought a bed from this company, the bed was received within 2 days and the quality of the bed was beyond expectations. It was excellent quality, well sealed and delivered with care from the delivery driver who was polite and professional. Bed was assembled quickly, with no issues. Will definitely recommend this company.

Feb 15,2024Bought a wardrobe and then a dressing table from the rustic range. They arrived quickly and there was great communication about delivery time. But what made me write the review was the quality of the furniture…beautifully made, lovely details and look gorgeous. Delivery guys struggled a bit to get the wardrobe up the stairs because of the weight but got there in the end! So happy I just bought 3 more things from the range

Feb 14,2024Right from the ordering our furniture, the customer service and focus and the delivery were excellent. We ordered over the Christmas period and expected delays, but it was delivered within time slot. The furniture is of an excellent quality. We ordered from the mitre range a small and a large sideboard and two Oak cabinets and are very pleased.

Feb 13,2024When I called for some information on an item I was considering purchasing I was told that I needed to hurry up and order as the sale ended in 6 hours. That was Friday afternoon. On Monday morning when I went to take a look at the site, the sale was still on and apparently still going strong for another 11 hours. Today, over a day later, yes you guessed it, the price is still showing as the sale price. I really don't appreciate it when a retailer takes you for an idiot. When the goods arrived they were so badly packaged that the legs were damaged. I'm still to have that conversation. :-( Footnote - the retailer reached out to us and resolved our problem very satisfactorily and in a timely manner. We then had a further problem and once again the matter was resolved satisfactorily. The person I spoke to was polite, helpful and did his best to help us. So although we had an issue of goods damaged during transit, I've added a star because they really did go above and beyond to help us.

Feb 13,2024I ordered a table to my flat which is in high rise building with lifts. The delivery crew didn’t deliver to my floor but asked me to collect outside the building, I didn’t go down and they returned my delivery. I know it is not a fault of OFS. I appreciate OFS paid effort to settle the problem and did full refund as I asked for. . I hope OFS can do better communication with customer on delivery arrangement afterwards.

Feb 09,2024Reluctant at first to order a coffee table that we hadn't seen "in the flesh" but I needn't have worried! The whole experience from order confirmation, delivery confirmation and delivery itself was excellent. Delivered next day by 2 pleasant and helpful men. The oak rattan 4 drawer coffee table is perfect, well made and solid oak. Very, very pleased.

Feb 07,2024I purchased the Hampshire table and chairs in charcoal grey and I love them. The furniture is extremely sturdy and of top quality. The seat pads are well filled and comfortable. There was a small issue with the table which was resolved very quickly. The lead time of 5-7 weeks was met as was the time on day of delivery.
