Jan 30,2024We ordered a kitchen table and chairs which arrived very promptly and we were delighted with the set. Unfortunately one of the chairs had a small mark on it and it was right at the top of the chair so very noticeable. I sent photos through the site and was soon contacted by one of their team. They were very understanding and apologetic for the issue and a replacement was arranged which was sorted a couple of days later The kitchen set itself is spot on and I was extremely impressed with the service and have no hesitation recommending them

Jan 28,2024I had a delivery on 19th of January 2024 for my new furniture. I paid for the item on the 3rd of January 2024 and paid full price. On the date of delivery I noticed the furniture had dropped in price by £50. I contacted the Customer Services team who were absolutely appalling, had no sympathy. I asked them to refund £50 due to the price decrease, but they point blankly refused, stating the price at the time of purchase would be the price I would have to pay. They said I could return the items and then order it again to get the £50 refund, but there is absolutely no point in doing this, rather than just refunding the money to coincide with the new price. I will never buy anything again from this company.

Jan 27,2024I ordered a few items from this company - bedroom furniture and and bookshelf. I have an old house and my staircase has an awkward bend. Unfortunately they were unable to get the bedroom furniture upstairs. I called the company and their customer service was excellent. I received a refund for the bedroom furniture and kept the bookshelf. The bookshelf is GORGEOUS! I am gutted about the bedroom furniture however the company handled it brilliantly and I would recommend them. I would happily buy more furniture from them in the future (but probably not for upstairs again!!)

Their products are of excellent quality and great value for money. Their delivery is super speedy and delivered on a day of your choice by an extremely professional and polite company. I cannot recommend Oak Furniture Superstore enough.

Perfect size for everyday use with a choice of using one or two extension leaves for entertaining - which are stored within the table. Lovely finish to the oak top. Very pleased with purchase!

Jan 18,2024I thought I had already written a review but clearly I hadn't as I keep getting chasers. Anyhow, I finally took the plunge and ordered the Bridstow Oak and Blue Painted Small Sideboard. Wasn't so sure at first whether it would fit in with the rest of the furniture but when it arrived, I needn't have worried. It looks an absolute treat! Really well made and I cannot stop looking at it as I walk by (sad I know) but it really sets the room up. The delivery from OFS was quick which was good as I didn't enjoy looking at a bare corner for too long and it was well packaged when it arrived. Thank you OFS.
