Jan 19,2025I love our king bed Cambridge so I ordered the king bed Brampton Soft Green for our guest room. They looked similar design only the Brampton was painted. The supports legs of Brampton are shorter and hanging off the floor so I reported it to them and someone called me right away to tell me there is nothing wrong with the support legs. I’m giving them 2 this time because they don’t want to recognise the problem wirh the aupport legs and everytime I see the bed it’s reminds me that underneath is a piece of cardboard to make the support legs work. I wish I can upload the photos of Brampton versus Cambridge support legs here. Edited: I appreciate Vish from customer service who take it seriously and investigated the issue. The bottom screw in the support legs are adjustable.

Jan 18,2025Always nervous of companies I don't know but so happy I went to this one. I found exactly what I wanted at a price that couldn't be beaten. I thought I'd messed up the online order and emailed them, they came straight back to me and confirmed everything had gone through OK. The table and chairs were delivered today and I'm so happy with them, extremely good quality and exactly what I was hoping for, even the delivery lads were brilliant. 100% recommend and will be using again

Jan 16,2025I’m highly delighted with my new table and chairs. I have received a Helmsley 150cm round oak dining table and four Nordic white faux leather dining chairs. The quality is excellent and the table pedestal and top fitted together like a dream. Also, this company could give a masterclass in how to thoroughly pack items to avoid damage in transit! This is solid oak, therefore the table is heavy and needs two people to unpack and assemble.

Jan 15,2025Excellent quality table, really solidly built. I was a bit worried that there was some assembly required but it was only the legs and very easy to do. The table is very heavy so needs more than 1 person to assemble and move about. There are gliders attached to the bottom of the legs which does make it a little easier to move the table and would protect against damage on a wooden floor. I love the fact that you can extend just 1 side of the table if you don’t always need to use the full extent which makes it really versatile. The extensions are also easy to pull out and there are hand holds on the underside of the extension to help you do this. After a lot of searching for a suitable table I am very pleased with my choice and the price. Arranging delivery on a date to suit was also very easy and i was allowed to change this date later with no issues.

Jan 15,2025I bought 2 beautiful sideboards which I received yesterday. This was 3 weeks after ordering and within the 4 week timeliness. They were delivered assembled making so much easier for me to place in my dining room. They are great quality. Tge timeliness and correspondence from the company was fantastic. I had previously cancelled 2 orders from 2 other companies as their delivery schedule has continually delays, so after 6 months I cancelled the orders. I wish I had found Oak Furniture Superstore a year ago. This is a great company selling beautiful well made oak furniture

Jan 13,2025*Update* My complaint was handled efficiently and I am happy with the outcome offered by OFS. Everything up to delivery was great. Unfortunately because I didn’t pay for assembly they refused to sit part A on top of part B, 15 second job which they refused to do and set it next too it instead, even though they unpacked it in the street due to its size before moving to the bedroom. I appreciate I didn’t pay for assembly (I assumed it was flat packed and was going to hire a handy man) but what happened to human compassion and doing something just because it’s a nice thing to do. Furthermore upon inspection it is full of scuffs and scratches. After waiting for 10 weeks I’m really disappointed 😔

Jan 11,2025Firstly I was drawn to the quality look of the products and reasonably priced compared to others I viewed. Easy to order, fully assembled with no extra cost, regular updates of when delivery would be etc. delivery was when expected two man delivery, couldn’t get through my front door but instead of doing as others do “we’re off your problem” they were happy to wait a few minutes for my husband to remove glass in window for them to go through. Very happy customer and will definitely use this store again as my first choice for quality furniture with quality all throughout order, delivery etc. 🥰

Packaged with an abundance of support and delivered on time with care. Minimal assembly; easy to complete. Cambridge solid oak king size bed also received, as described, excellent quality, delivered on time with an abundance of packaging. Easy to assemble slats stronger and wider than expected; suitable for our heavy mattress. Excellent products
