The delivery team telephoned well in advance & were on time. Staff phoned later to ensure delivery was up to expectations. Quality of furniture excellent. Well packaged against possible damage. Mar 01,2025Excellent customer service, got massively let down by John Lewis, ordered from them 3 weeks prior, got an email the day before delivery was due stating that the table was out of stock, utterly disgusting from a big fat cat corporate company. Ordered table and chairs from Oak Furniture Land on Tuesday, delivered Thursday with care and passion. Super quality table and chairs. Keep up the good work, you’re certainly putting other major companies to shame. Cannot fault any aspect of your service 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
