Mar 06,2025We found the cusotomer support superb. Prompt, polite and responsive. However, the product is not as expected (more solid wood - its a bit thin) apart from the looks which is great. We received 6 items for our bedroom one of which was a bed bottom blanket box. Apparantly they said you are not alowed to sit on it!? Really? No warning. But the support in the box was not fitted professionally (two threads on a screw and no glue) and the top cracked after my normal weighted wife sat on it. This propbably comes from the thin materials used. I removed their support secured it properely and added two more supports to make for a proffesional and glued support. Also one of the two wardrobes we received had misaligned doors. -Careless installation of the hinges. This was another error in manufacturring that looks odd when the two wardrobes are side by side. In summary "great looking product - Poor quality control and performance"

Mar 06,2025the quality of the furniture was good. The only problem the dining room chair design was bad. The front of the chair was wide in comparison to the back of the chair. A rounder front to the chair would be better and also save wood.

Mar 04,2025No fuss purchase and delivery. The table and chairs were as described, delivery was on time and placed in my room of choice by two polite men. The product was professionally packed, and arrived with no damage whatsoever. Assembly was straightforward but needs two pair of hands due to the weight. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase. and will use this company again.

Mar 03,2025I have just taken delivery of a Hertford fixed top dining table and 4 Brace Leg Chairs, all of which are very well made. The table in particular is absolutely beautiful. The company website is easy to navigate with clear images. The sales team were really helpful, providing lots of information and answering any questions I had. Yes, there was a slight issue on the day of delivery as the fixing bolts etc were missing from the packaging, therefore the delivery team were unable to assemble the table the same day. After contacting the customer service team, the issue was resolved very promptly. They kept in contact with me to ensure that I was happy with situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again and will definitely recommend them to family and friends
