He worked with us patiently and with real expertise to develop a package that included everything we were looking for at an unbeatable price. Each time he agreed to tweak the package and come back to us he did exactly what he said he would in the timeframe agreed. Communication was wonderful and the whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company - by far the best experience we have had using an agent.

Jun 04,2024Booked 2 weeks away at Disney world and universal studios through ocean Florida. I was a little skeptical at first due to the unbeatable price they offered. It did however pay off. They are super quick to answer any queries and their overall communication and customer service is real good. Thankyou guys for making our holiday such a breeze!! If i ever go back to Orlando, i will definitely be using ocean Florida again.

Jun 03,2024Customer service was excellent. I explained that I could only pay a small deposit and couldn’t pay for a month or two. I expected Ocean Florida to say come back later but they didn’t! They were brilliant. Curteous and very helpful. They were flexible for my problem during a difficult time and extremely accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for me. Thanks Tex, you are a great spokesman for your company!

Jun 02,2024We initally enquired on line. The representative followed my instructions and sent their offer/quotation by email as I was working so couldnt discuss on the phone. This was helpful. They responded very quickly. We didnt continue with their offer as since making the enquiry we have had a invite to a wedding overseas which has had to take priority.

Our travel advisor Danielle Fidge was so helpful and patient, searching a number of options to ensure best value for us. Cannot recommend her enough. First class customer service over a number of weeks until we got the holiday we wanted.
