They've created exactly the holiday we wanted, and the process was completely painless. Excellent customer service and experience all round.

Jul 15,2024Used OF for our trip in 2022 and we had a few issues which were really well dealt with so expected the same service this time around. Well, it was better. Jane was great when booking as it wasn't the easiest sell being £3k more expensive for the exact same trip, but this was the same if not worse everywhere else. Having booked last year I decided that I wanted to have no regrets this time around and wanted to make a lot of upgrades to the trip. Hannah was great with this as I had a lot of questions so maybe not the easiest customer :-) Overall Hannah's communication was great and was super helpful in both the upgrades and any questions or queries I had. Would definitely recommend using OF, and we will if we ever decided to revisit Florida.

Ocean Florida made it very very easy to move our holiday more than once. They were very helpful with all my questions and queries. Great customer service from the moment we booked.

Jul 13,2024Having shopped around the market prior to booking our Florida trip, we entrusted Ocean Florida to book our dream holiday and WOW did they deliver. We have an autistic child and Ocean Florida spent time during the booking process to understand our needs as a family and ‘non-negotiables’ that would enable us to have the holiday we envisaged. The villa was stunning and the amenities including the pool, games room and washing facilities provided us with the ability to create some home comforts and a safe space for our child. Combine this, with a reliable car rental and VERY competitive prices for Park tickets created the perfect package. Little advice nuggets such as flying into Tampa as opposed to Orlando and providing us with Special Assistance advice at both UK and US airports were very notable touches. We will only ever use Ocean Florida!!

Jul 13,2024Even though I eventually didn't book a holiday, the service and going through the process was excellent. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision and when I did decide, for personal reasons, they weren't funny about me wasting their time etc.

Jul 11,2024Great experience from start to finish. I needed to amend a few things and it wasn’t a problem. Good communication and everything available online. On arrival we received a call just to check everything was ok with the villa and we had everything we needed. We had a few issues with a broken bed and missing kitchen items. This was resolved by the next day with good communication.

Any questions were answered promptly after booking either by phone or email Stayed in Championsgate which is a huge resort with plenty to do but not within walking distance from villa we stayed at. Easy to get an user or drive though. Had a few issues at the villa which were promptly addressed.

Jul 10,2024Darren Fletcher booked our holiday and he was fabulous!! He managed to get us the same disney holiday that we were going to get in May for September with lots of extras for an extra 100 pound. Me and my partner were gobsmacked. Darren was super patient, got us a lot of quotes and even gave us recommendations to make our holiday more enjoyable. He did everything to work with out budget and when it went above, he did everything in his power to drop it. I could carry on writing more, but I'm sure you can see how much I recommend Ocean Florida. So far, the service has been 100/10, and we found that Darren could answer every question we had without a sweat. He also sent us an email with a letter for my two boys too. I look forward to surprising them with this. Thank you, Darren.
