Excellent service (Jamie was super helpful) from the first enquiry through to the day before we travelled - always quick to get hold of too. We booked a multi holiday to Vegas then Mexico, and all went perfectly. The accommodation and flights were as described to us and we had one of the best family holidays ever. Anthony was at the end of a phone or on the Internet all through the process and as it was my first time with Ocean Florida it was a brilliant one. I would highly recommend them.

Jul 08,2023First time using ocean and was just a find off Google. I got a phone call back within minutes of submitting what I was looking for. We had Karl as our agent, he was great! He was very patient with us as we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. He got our quotes back to us in no time. We asked if we could ring him again the next day, unfortunately it was his day off. However we arranged a time and completed our booking on his day off! We got a great deal which was extremely good, a lot cheaper than other quotes we’d had for the same holiday! Nothing bad at all to say about our experience. I’d never heard of ocean before so maybe more advertising would get more customers and get ocean better known.

Jul 08,2023I would stay clear of this company dealt with Charlotte kavanagh the amount of mistakes with prices on hotels and upgrades when I wanted to change the booking from 2 weeks to 1 I was told it would cost the same managed to get half my money back going to fight for the deposit check other companies prices first

He reassured me that any part of my holiday can be catered to what we wanted and I felt he genuinely had my best interest when booking my holiday. Jul 03,2023We are old timers been with Ocean Florida since 2009 Andy is our agent and he is a star he listens he caters to your needs and he delivers Just to let you all know who read reviews beware of Virgin Atlantic as regards seating we bought and paid for seats on 8th of March in Premium 2 together was delighted not anymore I have been given 4 different excuses who was to blame they changed us both ways over is two accross acceptable but!!! 4 accross coming back from Orlando so disappointed I know it’s out of Ocean holidays hands just wanted to let you know keep checking your seat if booked !!! Holiday was booked in March and just saw the change in June had no reason to check not an email nothing to say it’s had been amended😡

Jul 03,2023Booked with Ocean Florida to go to Florida in April 2023 (flights/transfers, accommodation and park tickets) - a total cost of £12,500. Arrived at the airport in Florida and long story short there was no transfer so we had to arrange transport ourselves. Then, upon arrival to our hotel, it turns out Ocean Florida hadn't booked us in on the first night; again, we had to fund this ourselves. The room was absolutely disgraceful! There was blood on the sheets, an artificial nail in the bed, stains on the carpet and curtains, and so much more. After a not so great night and an early 4am (USA time) call to Ocean Florida (9am UK time), I was told to go and enjoy my day and when I got back that evening, they would have made sure we had a change of room. The second room was just as bad. After reaching out to Ocean Florida, again we were assured they would speak to the manager and have us moved again. After another move, we entered our third room and it then occurred to me that all the rooms that belong to this hotel must all be the same: dirty, dusty, cracked tiles, stains on curtains and carpets, blood stained sheets, insects, duct tape holding the window together and just generally unfit for human habitation! After another attempt to contact Ocean Florida to rectify the situation i.e. move hotel, I was told "due to this very busy period and the price based on a 3 star accommodation previously confirmed in January 2022, the overall price difference would be significantly higher overall if we were to look at another option" At this point I was super stressed and just wanted to try and enjoy the other elements of our holiday, so I purchased cleaning products and cleaned the room myself and would pick the dispute up with Ocean Florida when I returned to the UK. On return and a good few weeks of emailing back and fourth Ocean Florida offered a compensation of £600. This was a £12,500 holiday and thought this was an unacceptable offer. Ocean Florida remained its stance at this offer so I have raised a section 75 claim with my credit card provider. I also had to fight and wait weeks for my refund for the first nights stay which we had to fund. Do not book with them.

Jul 03,2023We have just booked a 2 week Holiday to Orlando for 2025 and cant wait. Matthew and Billy were great and there was never any pressure to book, they provided us with numerous options and prices. They were always available to discuss. Service so far has been great.

The staff have been extremely helpful and supportive along the way, making sure that our holiday is booked well within our budget. I’ve been to Florida several times but we’ve always booked through the airlines but will 100% be using Ocean Florida if we go again. If you want to know the price difference of certain things being added or taken off of your holiday they’ll work it all out for you. The communication is excellent and they always get back to you as quickly as possible. Haven’t been on our holiday yet (April 2024) but there’s not been a single thing to complain about so far through this process! Thank you to all the team!!
