Recently booked a holiday to Florida Party of 11 which then turned into a party of 16 looking to go to Florida . Chris was our travel agent and he was absolutely phenomenal, he went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was exactly what we were looking for . Intricate details were even fulfilled and this included making sure the villa we had had a south facing garden. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable, patient individual whose customer service skills are like no other I have experienced . He really should be recognised for his great communication and hard work. I first made contact with Jane at Ocean Florida in late Autumn 2023 about rough prices for a holiday in 2025 Most other travel companies suggested it was too early to give a ball park price but not Ocean Florida Move on 6 months and we made contact again and firmed up the prices for several different options, departure airports. hotels, villa, Disney and Universal tickets, and different dates. Great service, listen to my needs, answered 100,s of questions , never failed to return emails and I was so impressed with Jane and Ocean Florida we booked for a party of Ten....many thanks

With a flight change that put us into a stressful moment Sadie from Ocean Florida was Super woman. Suggestions and calm manner, Sadie saved the day, rearranged our flight and a hotel which made the process a little more worry free. Big thanks to Ajay, he knows his clientel only to well.
A smooth and very successful experience. Darren called me and asked me all the relevant questions regarding my needs and wants for my dream holiday. He took all the info and went off looking and within a day got back to me with a selection of places and hotels. Darren went through in helpful details each destination and step by Step on how Payment works etc. we arranged a date to communicate once I’ve looked into the selections and researched what I wanted. Also need to add he asked about budget and came back with a range of priced destinations. He called me on the date we arranged and from there is when I booked my holiday. It was so smooth, so personally thought out and and easy booking. It was a lot less stressful than doing it all yourself online and going through a million hotels and not knowing what you’re getting, with having a person that knows what they’re looking at really does make you feel at ease. We went to Florida booking via these, myself, fiance and 11 son. We book what looked to be a nice villa with modern dress etc. I booked the tickets privately as found them far cheaper that way. We arrived, we were shattered and merely wanted to get the hire car ocean had arranged and get to the villa. When we arrived at the airport, it was very difficult to work out their instructions on where to collect the hire car, so much so even the other hire companies desks couldn’t work it out and it took us a little over an hour from collecting our bags to finding the desk to collect the car. We got the car, drove to the villa and got in bed! (Worst nights sleep ever, beds were so uncomfortable!) the next day, after a nice relaxing lie in, on holiday, right? We went to the car to see it had a few faults that could only really be seen properly in day light. We set off to the parks, cracking first day. Got back to the villa, sat by the pool where we saw there we rips all over the netting around the outdoor area, bad enough that it may of well not even been there, went to bed. Next morning really bad back, fiance had hardly slept and it was due to the beds being too uncomfortable for us. (They seemed to be old and lacked support or springs were sticking in you all night!) we ran like this for one more day but due to the state of the beds, ended up not being able to face the park on our fourth day due to being too tired from lack of sleep. (Our 11 year old asked us to stay in the villa, an 11 year old in Disney, asking to stay in as was too tired! We rang their in resort support to speak to a lovely American lad who said he wanted it sorted so would come and see us straight away. When he arrived he had already checked the car out and wasn’t happy himself and said the first thing he’s doing is to call them and get it swapped. They agreed to switch it and I had to take it to another airport to switch it out the next day. (2 days lost from the parks, due to ocean not making sure they were up to scratch. Then the visitor also said he would checked the beds, we watched him and all he did was kneel on the corner of each and then said he didn’t see there was anything wrong with them. I asked for him to lie on it and he said “no need, I’ve done what we do to test them and I’m happy there’s nothing wrong with them!” (He didn’t lie on it like we do to sleep and everyone knows the corners don’t give any indication towards if it’s good or not!) the outcome of this visit was that he would feed it all back and I had to get my car from this airport about 25 mins from the villa. When I arrived to change the car, the first one was far smaller than I had hired so I couldn’t take it, I had to sit around whilst they looked in to what I could take. (The hire company guys themselves were amazing but they said it had been dumped on them and they have limited supply as only a small airport so not loads of cars) it took them 4 cars until I eventually got to drive back to the villa. I called in and spoke to the in resort again and told them what had happened, the person who answered told me that the hire car company had already sent me $120 as an apology for it. (This wasn’t paid to me, it was refunded to ocean Florida) we carried on and made best of our holiday, I was emailing in constantly asking about the beds as we weren’t getting sleep and they kept fobbing us off with they need to discuss with the owner and get back to us. The last couple of days, we worked out we had lost out on 4 days of the 14 we had paid for at the parks (tickets cost us £890 each, 3 of them) David, general manager, he emailed to offer what he considered to be a fair offer of $500, to which I immediately refused as I knew $120 had been given back to them from the car company that I was getting anyway) we had a back and forth where I was asking to speak to the owners themselves and all I kept getting told he was the final person, there was no one else and his word is final. (Checked companies house and no record on there of him so he is the highest level employee a company can have!) Overall, the holiday was great but I would NEVER book from Ocean Florida or any part of their group again and I strongly urge everyone to think before they pay anything to these! We had no choice but to settle for the offer of $500 because ABTA is a waste of time and David wouldn’t allow me to raise the complaint to board level. I feel I lost out on well over £1000 on this holiday taking in to account time lost making and calling to try get decent beds so we slept, at one point we priced hiring a hotel for the night just so we got a nights sleep! There was a lot of back and forth between myself and David and all David kept doing was go on about how I kept turning down their generous offer! To me a good move would have been new mattresses immediately, the car is what it is, compensation over and above the $120 the car hire company had offered. In total I got £395 back!
