Jan 29,2025Just want to say a big thank you to Jay and Charlotte for providing such a superb customer service and supporting me with my big family holiday to Disney Florida. Jay made the booking process very easy and nothing was too much trouble. I booked this last February (2024) with Jay and because I've never booked a family holiday this big before it was very daunting at times. Ive had a 1001 questions for both of them especially Charlotte who I am still asking questions and I get an answer to my emails every time. Charlotte has been amazing and still is and has made me feel very comfortable with such a massive thing. There's 11 of us going and it has been very stressful to get everything sorted but Charlotte just made me feel at ease with it all. I'll definitely book with ocean holidays again.

Jan 21,2025Booked our up coming cruise and stay with Neil. He was fab! So down to earth and gave me lots of hints and tips (I thought I already knew lots about Florida but turns out not!). Definitely so knowledgeable and very patient with our large group changing their minds a lot! This is the second time I’ve booked with Ocean and I wouldn’t use anyone else now. The first time our departure was cancelled by virgin last minute due to a storm but Ocean sorted the whole thing out in a couple of hours! The price is fab and the service is top notch!!!! Will definitely be booking with Neil again and telling everyone I know to do the same!
