My first experience was two years ago, and it left such a lasting impression that I had no hesitation in choosing them again for my upcoming 2025 Florida trip. Jul 27,2024Avoid. Quoted £6.4k for Florida holiday for family of 4. Rose to £9k when it came to finalising just a fortnight later because original quote "wrong" and park tickets omitted plus cost of flights increased. Your reply suggests I requested an additional driver. That's a fib because I did no such thing. Neither do you explain how the addition of park tickets which you omitted can increase the price by £2.6k. I'd give no stars if I could.

Jul 27,2024Used Ocean Florida to book a holiday to Orlando. The agent I spoke with was easy to chat with. He was patient as I couldn't decide on the accomodation. I down loaded the OF app. That was great and informative. I was very happy with the cost. I received a phone call asking if I would like to buy attraction tickets but that was too late as I had already bought from another seller. Communication was good. I would recommend using OF. I would use again if I plan another trip in the future. You can also plan a trip 2 yrs plus in advance

Jul 24,2024We booked a trip for April 2024, this was a multi-destination trip including Orlando and Miami, all booked by Tex. Tex was fabulous with his recommendations and listened to what we wanted, we couldn't fault him at all! We booked Dockside at Universal for our Orlando part of the stay and had a great time. Booked perfect seats for us and when I rang with a query re the seats I got a quick answer straight away. We came home and booked for November 2025 again but just Orlando next time, this was all dealt with by Tex again who was great! Already counting down the days for the next trip and fingers crossed it will be just as good. The only thing which I find could be improved is not receiving the travel documents until 7-10 days before.

Jul 23,2024Always used a different tour operator but for what we wanted there was a big difference in price, so we booked with Ocean Florida. We were a bit skeptical at first due to some reviews but I cannot fault them. They listened to what we wanted and tailored the package to suit.10 days in WDW (staying on resort) including all park tickets then 4 days in Las Vegas with helicopter flight over the Hoover dam and Grand canyon. Everything ran like a dream and credit where credit is due. I would definitely recommend Ocean Florida to other people.

Jul 21,2024Dealing with Ocean Florida was a great experience. My agent (Ajay) was very professional and took time to understand what I wanted from my holiday with my daughter to Florida and my visits Disney and Universal ( the 14 day combo tickets were great value for money and allowed maximum flexibility). I was then offered the right package to suit my wishes and budget. Comuication is important to myself, and responses to any questions were dealt with very quickly, this provided me with ease of mind. A great service from start to finish and all went smoothly. Nothing went wrong but you had faith if anything cropped up they would be there for you.

Jul 19,2024TL;DR version: * Price: competitive * Flights: convenient and with a good carrier * Car: pretty normal, though with dollar who don't have that high a rating themselves * Accommodation: lovely apartment, well placed for Disney and good facilities * Disney tickets: electronic and easy to add to Disney's app * Universal tickets: via voucher (see below) Longer version: Our holiday was to Florida. Perhaps no surprise there, given the name. That's an expensive holiday so we shopped around for a while. Ocean Florida's was one of the package deals that was competitive with putting together ourselves. We did have to negotiate a little for that but not too hard. Ocean's sales person was very pleasant and not too pushy. But, in my opinion, the measure of a company is less in sales and more in service, reliability, and how they respond to problems if they occur. For us, there were no problems so I can't review that aspect. What I will say is that a rep from Ocean phoned us the day after we arrived to make sure that everything was OK - a good sign. There were check-ins at other important points too - like a week before we were due to go, or just before coming home. Our flights were with British Airways, who I have flown with quite a few times and would rate highly as a carrier. As usual we were well taken care of. Our car was with Dollar. Our experience was fine but if you look up various rating sites for Dollar they don't seem to do too well. Dollar did try to upsell us to a bigger car (don't they all?), making us feel that the "full size car" category would be too small. I'm glad we didn't go for that - the car was perfectly adequate for our needs and I'm glad I didn't end up driving a monster on foreign roads. The accommodation was an apartment within a gated community. Much more convenient than two hotel rooms and probably around the same price (you can't really tell with a package). We had a kitchen with a dishwasher and a good sized fridge freezer (the automatic ice maker was almost indispensable in a climate like Florida's). There was also a washing machine and tumble dryer - both generously sized. We booked two-week park-hopper tickets for both Disney and Universal as part of the package. This was convenient but it did have the disadvantage that the tickets came later than they would have if we had bought them independently. For Disney, in particular, there are things you can plan and book far in advance if you have the tickets. The Disney tickets came as a number which you could put into Disney's app. Having done so, you can also get physical tickets/cards when you first go in to a Disney park. The Universal tickets came as a voucher which we were to take to automated machines just as you enter the parks and type in the voucher number. In our case this didn't work (which I'd been anxious about as soon as I saw that it was a voucher). Luckily this was very quickly and easily sorted by speaking to a person at Universal's ticketing booths. All in all a great holiday. I would happily book again if I hadn't just spent all the money.
