Contact has remained after booking when we have been considering different hotels to original booking. They have remained flexible and so far we are very impressed. We don’t go until July 2024 so hoping this level of service continues.

Jun 29,2023We have returned 2 weeks ago from a villa provided by Ocean Holidays. The villa was only allocated the day before and it would seem that it is ‘pot luck’ as to the villa you get. We were aghast to find the pool was grimy and not clean. We were unable to use it until it was cleaned 5 days later. The outside chairs were rusted and not fit for purpose. The inside of the lanei and all the outside windows were covered in mould and algae. The inside of the villa was shabby and absolutely dirty. Every surface was dusty, dirty and greasy, even down to the lightbulbs. The bathrooms were disgusting. Rusted fittings and mould covered over with plastic filler. The garage was a health hazard with broken furniture and tins of paint/ liquids left in there.There was also a massive water leak that was continuous and pooling on the floor. A rep in Florida came to inspect the villa. He was defensive and said the standard of the villa was above average. On returning home we contacted Ocean Holidays and sent many photographs as evidence. They have offered us an insulting ‘gesture’ of £150! They have taken no responsibility for any distress caused. I never usually put reviews on for anything, but this was our first holiday in over 4 years after Covid. Our disappointment is difficult to get over. Hello Zara and you are who in the hierarchy of Ocean Holidays please?
