I really couldn’t have asked for better service and the deal I got was amazing. I was able to book for 2025 for the same price I paid in 2019. Excellent stuff.

Apr 10,2024Had a 2 week hol to Florida booked. Great prices. We were happy and excited. Then the flight changes happened. No explanations why. Tried to get them adjusted. Our connecting flight layover was meant to be 2.5 hrs , but got cut down to 1.5h. When we got off our plane- after all being held for 25 mins- we then had to go through whole airport checking process again- passport control, retrieve luggage, give luggage to connection team, go through security and liquid check- throw away all drinks purchased at first airport- then run through Atlanta airport with 2 children, missed the connecting flight. We had been reassured that 1.5h would be plenty of time. It wasn’t. We wasn’t told we would have to repeat all those steps. At Heathrow we were advised to arrive 3 hours early. But literally had 1 hour at layover. After missing Connection flight 2259- we had to join a huge queue to be sorted out by delta- the whole airport had many people missing connecting flights- BUT because we hadn’t booked direct with Delta- we were not given hotel or transport. Just a $15 dollar food voucher- which was no use from 11pm to 6am as all shops and restaurants were closed. Our next flight was 0710am. We contacted ocean Florida immediately. And several times since. Nearly 3 weeks after and we still don’t know what compensation we will get. We missed our first night in hotel, very tired family, sleeping rough in an airport- when we had paid a lot of money for our dream holiday. Also was annoying that our return flight home got changed- so as with every change that was made- we lost our airplane seat reservation- so had undesirable seats on our direct flight back. I’ve got to say- up to now- All other aspects of our holiday was amazing. But the long plane trips there and back were very unforgettable. Really hope that it can be sorted out quickly! As insurance company won’t step in until booking provider has done investigations. Please put it right ocean Florida.

Apr 10,2024Ocean Florida was competitively priced and managed our holiday brilliantly. They gave us clear advice and support when booking and made everything so easy. We priced up the holiday separately but Ocean Florida was cheaper and they included extras such as money to spend in the parks. One slight issue we had was the connecting flight in Atlanta. We were told that we would not need to wait for baggage in Atlanta and we would not have to go through security again. When we landed we had to go through passport control, luggage claim and take to connecting flight carrousel and dispose of all drinks that were purchased for the next flight. This resulted in us missing our connecting flight even though we had 1.5 hours to do so. We had to sleep in the airport for 7 hours with two young children which impacted on the start of our holiday as we didn’t get to the hotel until the day after we were supposed to. This considered, we had a great trip!

Apr 10,2024We had a 2 week vacation in a Villa in Davenport Florida. Pre holiday communication was great, all arrived as stated. Villa was spacious and very well equipped. A couple of small issues with the toaster and kitchen drawer were very quickly fixed once brought to Ocean Floridas attention. We had a couple of questions about rubbish collection and general upkeep, again answered very quickly. We had a great time and would definitely use Ocean Florida again and recommend.

Any questions I had relating to the holiday were answered and even went out his way to show me more things I can do, by providing the links for them. Overall a great experience.

I had tried to book everything individually but found the prices and product offered with Ocean was a much better price and holiday. I wasn’t pressured and felt my needs were catered for. Excellent service and would highly recommend

Apr 09,2024We are in a villa now and the respond to problems is so poor. The Villa is great in theory but lights in bedrooms don’t work, the dishwasher is filthy and does clean or dry, we have spent two hours ourselves trying to clean it but still doesn’t work. We paid extra for a bbq which doesn’t work, toaster only half works, no batteries in tv remote, hob vent doesn’t work, no instructions for anything not even a WiFi password, water filter says overdue kitchen shelf falling off the wall but you contact them and nothing is done.

He replies very promptly and will do whatever you need him to ensuring you have the best holiday. I think we will definitely become regulars of Ocean Florida if everything remains as good as this

She kept me up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot fault this company and am looking forward to a great holidays after a very stressful time.

Communicated with me for 3 days trying to find me the best deal for my pocket. This is my 1st ever booking with this company and they have been so helpful and easy to contact. This company was recommended by a friend and to be honest you couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Highly recommended.
