Shocking customer service, not clear on booking conditions and unwilling to support its customers I booked a holiday to celebrate my daughters 21st. 3 nights in San Francisco and 4 nights in Vegas. We flew with Virgin Atlantic and had an internal flight with Delta Airlines. The problem was the internal flight went via LA so we didn't arrive in Vegas until Midnight.. despite leaving San Francisco at 6pm. Following requests for a direct flight or more convenient time, the best I was offered was fly via Salt Lake City arriving in Vegas 11.50pm !!! I informed Ocean Florida I would look to get my own internal flight.. which I did, leaving SF at 5pm and arriving in Vegas 6.20pm .. Great you think.... after spending 4 nights in Vegas it was time to come home.. on the morning of leaving for a 9pm Virgin Atlantic flight back we tried to check in online but was unable.. at 2pm we were informed that me and my daughters flight home was cancelled.. not the flights but our seats. I had to pay 3k on the airport to fly home on the same flight I already had a ticket for. At no point from leaving SF and the subsequent 4 days Following did anyone from Ocean Florida or Delta contact me to inform me of the situation I was faced with. Apparently it is my fault because I didn't take the internal flight but instead booked my own... so 3k out of pocket and have now been told I will get no compensation Book direct with Virgin Atlantic for any trips to the USA, I have done this recently and found the whole experience excellent, also more competitive than Ocean Florida.... use them at your peril

Would like to recommend Ocean Florida. It's really amazing customer service. And when I had a few issues, they were promptly addressed by Nelson Vicente. I removed only one star cause the spa didn't work

Shocking customers service, needed to change a name 8 months prior to our departure, Airline informed they could do it for a small cost and was happy to deal with me but ocean stopped this and charged an additional £ 352 ( to change a name) they blocked me from contacting the airline direct, wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone other than the person who originally answered and then threatened with further increases if I didn’t do it quickly. Left with no choice. Now they are saying as a gesture of goodwill they didn’t pass over the increase which had happened in the two hours I had been trying to resolve the problem. Really poor a really good gesture would have been, here’s your details sir of course you can change this with the airline for under £50
We made a booking with ocean Florida for our wedding, it was originally a 3 part holiday with 3 destinations. We paid our initial deposit and that was that, although the salesperson did omit some details around luggage fees at the time of booking, and so we were offered a $500 dollar voucher to cover this. We should have noticed the red flags at this point, and further red flags when we requested a price to pass on to friends and family joining us on holiday (this holiday is also our wedding and honeymoon) hoping for a relatively good deal for passing on the business to what could have potentially been around 5 or 6 couples with individual bookings. The price they came back with for 5 nights in Vegas was beyond a joke, even when we asked for a ‘cheaper’ options the price was absolutely ridiculous and this was the first time we were concerned that we were being taken for a ride. Not to mention none of the quotes are broken down for you, so you can’t see what kind of deal you are getting and we just now feel that ocean Florida will rinse you for as much commission as they possible can, because they can. Due to our financial situation we recently contacted ocean Florida to cancel our 2nd destination, removing a week of our holiday, which included a private villa and car hire. We expected to pay some admin fees etc. however ocean Florida wanted to charge us an ADDITIONAL £1000 to remove a week of holiday? They claimed this was due to non refundable internal flights however when I went and researched the cost of flights for myself it did not come to this price, and you’d have thought removing the villa and car hire would’ve outweighed the cost of a couple of internal flights?! We then reached out to a lovely independent travel agent and asked for the EXACT same holiday, down to the rooms. They came in at over £4K cheaper, AND this included transfers that ocean Florida originally omitted. We are now in the process of fully cancelling with OF, however they are insistent on charging us just shy of £2k to cancel the holiday and refused to even attempt to match the price of the other travel agent, and they will not cancel any part of the booking until this is paid in full. Just keen to take our money and run, giving as little service as possible. They tell you over the phone the deposit is X amount (ours was just shy of £1k) but then after all is paid up, the small print in the documentation will reveal you’ve only paid the minimum deposit and the ACTUAL deposit is double the price, but the date to pay that is tied up on the same date the remaining entire balance is due, making it deliberately confusing. This was never made clear in the phone calls to us. This company is an absolute joke, they do not care about anything other than rinsing you for as much as they can, they have in no way made what should be an exciting time of booking our wedding and honey moon special, and in fact have massively dampened the experience as a whole for us. DO NOT use this company, instead look for a smaller independent who will properly look after you and give you a FAIR price.
The buses from this hotel are useless. They only run to two parks. Once a day. If you’re planning on going with children or disabled I wouldn’t use the hotel. You have to be down stairs at a set time and then back to your bus stop at a set time. But when we got there after a long day at the parks we had no bus. This happened twice. We had to get cabs back. In the end we took the car and paid parking, which wasn’t an expense we had covered for. If your going to another park there not running to, good luck we waited for one bus for 55 mins at the depo. So we got to the park at 12.45 that day after changing and waiting for buses. Using the hotel for a break would be ok. Staff are ok but no house keeping etc. hotel is in need of updating. Shop is very pricey and pub was nice.
I have recently used Ocean Florida to book a 10 nights surprise holiday for me and my partner. I enquired online and they gave me a call within 20 minutes to discuss my plans for the holiday and activities we wanted to do. I had a 20 minute call with the agent and they were able to give me a quote and email it over to me. This email included everything we discussed including tickets and hotel and flights with payment plans and these house bill. They also gave a number to call if I had any enquiries or if I wanted to go ahead with the booking. I decided to go ahead with this booking and it has been the best decision using Ocean Florida as they make it so simple and easy to do. I highly recommend if you would like a tailor-made holiday!

We decided on a first time Florida holiday earlier in year. We approached this company after recommendation. We received information… delivered in a friendly and professional manner from agent Flint. Unfortunately, my husband is now under medical investigation. We are unable to pursue until we receive diagnosis. As and when that happens we will definitely book with Flint. Credit to his company
I would not advise taking the risk of being sold shoddy accommodation by using this company. Extremely disappointed with Ocean Florida - we booked a ‘deluxe’ villa and the accommodation we actually had was of a very poor standard indeed. Absolutely NOT deluxe. Trying to get a simple answer to a direct question about how accommodation is classified is seemingly impossible. We have been offered £400 vouchers (from a holiday that cost over £12,000) to spend with a company we have zero faith in - so a totally empty gesture. Also told we didn’t make the company aware soon enough that we were not satisfied - however reading other reviews, even people who reported on day one had no better resolutions offered. Please Ocean Florida, do not reply to this review to say how important feedback / customer service etc etc and how you will improve for the future. Other reviews show that mine is not the first complaint of this nature - actions speak louder than trust pilot responses.

Jan 04,2024We were unable to travel on our original family booking to Florida due to Covid. We were very late in booking a replacement as we didn’t know where we wanted to go and the family plan was out of our budget. At the eleventh hour and with a great deal of help and support from Neil Mulholland we booked a trip to New York and Boston. Neil was amazing and did lots of the homework for us. Thank you Neil - I promise to send pics of Salem 👍xx
