Cannot fault our experience so far. If all staff are as professional, helpful and friendly as Heidi and the few other members of staff that we have spoken to, then we would definitely recommend this company.

Nov 03,2023I made an enquiry over 2 years ago. I gave a budget and what sort of holiday I wanted for my family. Went went to 2 states in America Florida and Boston over a 10 day vacation. We visited Orlando resort, did the horror nights, watched a basketball game. All arranged by ocean Florida. From flights car hire, accommodation, attractions and recommendations. I was able to pay for the holiday in instalments. I would have never thought it was possible to ever go to America. I am so glad I had that conversation over the telephone. We had the most amazing time. The customer service was great. They reassured me pre vacation and the office in the USA was just as helpful. I have no doubt at all that I would book another dream holiday through ocean Florida. They are all so passionate about their jobs and enjoy helping people find their dream holiday, that’s individualised and unique to you.

I'm glad I booked with them as they really were nothing like the reviews I had been reading, at least not in my experience

Oct 24,2023What an amazing experience we had booking our trip with Ocean Florida. We were booking a once in a lifetime trip to Orlando. For 2wks of Disney fun for next year. As a group of 14 going we thought it was going to be very stressful to arrange hotel, flights and car hire. After coming across Ocean Florida online and answering a few online questions. I was contacted within half hour. Within the next hour we had a full quote. 48hrs later after discussions with the family our trip was booked. George was amazing. He was kind and friendly. He answered all our questions and queries. He provided us with lots of information. He stayed on to finish booking our trip. An absolute legend and he took all the stress away. I can’t thank him enough. I’ll be back next year to leave a review on how the trip panned out. But the planning and booking was 5star. Thank you Ocean Florida

Had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with very promptly after speaking with Rebecca in local office. Lovely lady and very efficient at her job, day and night. Good to know someone was at end of phone to deal with things so quickly. Villa was lovely. Highly recommend.

Oct 20,2023I had never heard of Ocean before, it was only when looking at Disney holidays I saw them, we had gone with a well known company before to Disney and we were not impressed with the service on holiday, and the after service wasn’t very good. When I requested a quote from Ocean they rang me back straight away asking for the details and what we required. Danny was most helpful and patient with us, which is always a good sign when getting older. I explained we were taking our sons and grandchildren to Disney for my husbands 70th birthday so we had to get dates etc confirmed. When we did book, Danny was very knowledgeable about all the things we asked him, but he did double check that we got free parking at the hotel and parks just to make sure for us. He was enthusiastic and very helpful. So far we are very pleased with Danny and Ocean and looking forward to the holiday next August.
