Simon was so patient, offering several options before we settled on the perfect holiday for our family. He was super knowledgeable and we really valued his input on location and various hotel/apartment/villa amenities. The communications from Ocean Florida have been great, and the flexibility of payments via the “manage my booking” page, is also a plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to book any future holidays through this agent.

Feb 20,2024I would advise never booking with ocean at all the service you receive is terrible the accommodation is dire - i sent photos they weren't even interested I paid extra (so be careful they give you a price and then ask you to pay for extras ) we wanted a games room - it was a wonky snooker table in a garage with no air con - dire ! also we had to pay a $1000 extra for hire car because we couldn't fit the luggage in - they booked the hire car - again said it was no fault of theirs ! there was a hurricane while we were there - it wasn't as bad as they made out sent us from a direct flight to taking 2 flights and to the wrong airport - 24hrs it took us to get home we were forced to take those flights again not interested they offered a 10 voucher off our next holiday are you adding me !! never ever book with Ocean

Feb 17,2024Contacted Ocean Florida to see if they would be able to add someone onto my booked and if they could help organise a birthday suprise for my daughter upon our arrival to our villa. I was contacted by Jo Hymus who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and was able to add my guest on with minimum fuss and also organised a cake with balloons etc to be set up in the villa for us arriving on my daughters birthday. Customer service I received from Jo with continues communication was amazing, Jo is a dedication to Oacean Florida.

Feb 14,2024Cannot recommend Ocean Holidays customer service enough. Having made our booking some time before the holiday and got a brilliant price we then had some issues that prevented us from going on those dates. I didn't think we would be able to do much about it and thought we would lose our deposit. All the agents I spoke to were really good but it fell to Jo to get it sorted for us. Can only say how brilliant she was. She spent a lot of time researching a new booking for us and came up with a great quote and reorganized our whole booking. I always worry when I part with a deposit in good faith in case any issues do arise and you are stuck. However, in this case I needn't have worried. The company obviously put a lot of time and effort into what I suppose is after sales/customer service: I can only highly recommend them and thank Jo so much for all her efforts in changing our booking. It is was such a relief to have it sorted and is much appreciated. Thank you

Feb 13,2024Having used Ocean Florida in the past for Florida quotes I have not gone with them for various reasons, but mainly timings and other financial commitments coming up, However on this occasion I have booked with them, the customer service I received over the weekend where i actually went onto book was excellent, Chris went above and beyond what I expected and as a result I booked 5 stars to Chris and Ocean florida.
