Oct 18,2023Booked our October 2023 holiday through Ocean Florida, first 3 nights I booked my own hotel but booked Emerald Island villa through Ocean, mainly for location. The villa had mould, broken dryer, dodgy locks, some sockets not working, no USBs ( not major but these days is unusual), front door wasn’t properly sealed so lizards liked to sit in the frame then enter the home, they moved us after 4 nights to another outdated villa, on arrival found a half dead baby cockroach on the bedroom floor, then saw another baby one & also adult one crawling across the floor in garage/game room, then a large one crawling up the wall in the living area, absolutely disgusting we were put in villas of this condition, raised complaint as was not able to enjoy our holiday due to the issues, awaiting for reply.

Oct 17,2023Harvey was very knowledgeable in describing the holiday that I had chosen, he listened to my concerns about my anxiety when choosing the holiday because I hadn’t traveled such a long distance and paid a high price for an holiday since losing my husband. He put me at ease and calmed me down and made me feel excited about the holiday that I had chosen, I would highly recommend this to family and friends and Harvey is an asset to the company.

Oct 08,2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars…. I would. Extremely poor customer service. Executive villas are far from executive standard. Run down bungalows with a filthy pool would fit the description better. Complete rip off

I highly recommend their services for a stress-free and memorable Orlando vacation. Very patient, no pressure selling, listened to my needs and went above and beyond to match them with the terrific holiday I wanted. Overall, 10/10 on all fronts and I'm already in contact with Ajay to sort out next year's trip.

Oct 20,2023We saw a few bad reviews, which put us off at first, however Matt put our minds at rest. A few stubles along the way, but the team soon sorted them out and kept us informed at all times. All issues were sorted out quickly. A few weeks before we got a call, to go through last min checks - which was a really nice touch. I would definitely use this company again - ask for Matt!
