Edit: 02/06/24 Products arrived yesterday and if I could give a separate rating for each aspect the products would get a 5/5 every time. Hopefully the logistics issues on delivery will be sorted out soon π€π½ ββββββββ Products are great and used them for years. But he has gone downhill constantly and given empty promises of doing better but failing to hit the standard each time when it comes to delivery. Been waiting for 3 months for my order and fails to communicate when asking where it is. I am going to give one more work week to see if he answers and if not I am going to have to talk to my bank to see if they can force a refund. Itβs unfortunate that organisation side of things has gone sideways so badly
Order #12739 Placed and paid on 24/12/2023. Inquiry sent on 23/01/24. Was told ''I am working on it this week and my aim is to dispatch all orders outstanding or otherwise by the 7th of feb.'' Inquiry sent on 29/01/24. Was told ''I plan to work around the clock to fulfill your orders, and you can expect to see them arriving early next week, with all orders being delivered no later than the second week of February.'' My order was shown as dispatched on 31/01. On 12/02/24 send another email and never got a response. On 06/03/24 got the email ''Dear Valued Customers, After much consideration and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to close down Odinsbeardcare. This decision comes as we embark on a period of introspection and innovation, with the goal of returning stronger, bigger, and better than ever before. I understand that many of you have been loyal supporters of Odinsbeardcare for over five years, and I am incredibly grateful for your continued patronage. However, recent challenges, including issues with order fulfillment, production, and my personal relocation back to Yorkshire, have made it increasingly difficult to manage both Odinsbeardcare and Arthur J Hawke simultaneously. On 07/04/24 got another email ''Dear Valued Customer, I'm sorry for the silence in getting replies to these previous emails however the day after sending the email requesting information I was struck down with the flu/cough that's been going round and have been bed ridden until late last week at which point I had strained my chest so much I broke a rib. Im on the mend now the chest infection I think has vanished and the rib is ok so here I am requesting information again and getting replies and orders out! My intention is to work through orders throughout April and I will have everyone's orders out by that point 100%'' Send the required info on 12/04/24. They replied on 18/04/24 ''Good morning Your order will be dispatched in the next few days. Sorry for the wait I was laid low in bed for 3 weeks with a chest infection but back on top of things now. Darren'' That never happened. On 13/05/24 got the email '' Hey George I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to you today with an important update regarding Odins Beard Care, our beard care company. Firstly, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or delay you may have experienced recently. It's no secret that we've been facing challenges in keeping up with demand, resulting in a significant backlog of orders. This backlog has led to delays in processing and shipping, and for that, I take full responsibility. As the founder of Odins Beard Care, I hold myself to the highest standards when it comes to customer satisfaction. Lately, however, I've fallen short of those standards, and for that, I am truly sorry. I recognize the frustration and disappointment this may have caused, and I want to assure you that steps are being taken to rectify the situation. I am aware some of you are still expecting parcels from dispatch emails a week or so ago I can assure you I am dealing with these orders and you will get your products! That being said since I implemented our new delivery promise in late April 100% of orders placed have left before the deadline advise on the day you placed your orders!'' 5 months later and Ihave not received my order. Edit: 29/05/24 Original review was 1/5. As per the response of the business, the tracking number was updated no later than 12:30 on 24/04/24. I received the items on 29/05/24 and the parcel was well-packaged in bubble wrap, ensuring that all items arrived in good condition. I could even smell the beard oil right out of the parcel without opening the bottle itself. The next step should be to ensure the timely dispatch and shipping of all orders.
I have done a review before I believe but this is an update. I ordered some products on 26th February 2024 After a month I emailed in to find out about the delay Received few emails of the upcoming weeks referencing the delays and reasoning gand solutions to those problems. April 22nd my shipment is being processed, presumably ready to ship. It is now 24th May and I still have nothing, no way to track it so unsure if this postal delay or due to company. I am hoping this will be resolved as I have little to no beard products at the moment and I'm afraid I will have to look doing a chargeback.
First off delivery faultless, quick and safe. But what have you done to the oil? Ordered Odin, not sure about it at all, a completely different smell.
Order #12866 Placed my first order on the 22nd Feb, and wait times of around 1-2 weeks were advertised which I was fine with as it says the product is made to order. A couple of weeks later I got an email that the business was closing down but all existing orders would be honored and they were selling their last stock. I continued to wait, expecting that with their being problems it may take some time and didn't want to add additional pressure. On the 17th March I emailed asking for an update, which I didn't receive a response too, and a couple days later an email was sent advising customers to reply to that email for an update. I didn't see this at the time and replied on the 31st March. On the 10th April, I received an email apologising and saying it was being worked on and should be dispatched shortly. On the 22nd April I got an update through the system on my order saying it was completed and ready to be shipped. This still has not arrived. I've sent chase emails on the 1st, 6th, and 8th of May asking for updates or to cancel my order and refund me if it can't be fulfilled, and none of these have been responded too. I'm just looking for my order to be refunded at this point, and have waited a long time to leave a review as I understand the owner has been going through it, but I can't be left hanging like this for close to 3 months.
I have used Odins fir a while now and their products are always top quality. I had ordered in a while as i had an abundance of beard care products from them but recently placed a new order ti top up some oil and balm in the sale. As always the quality is outstanding and leaves my beard looking great and feeling soft. I ended up buying Njord and Thor beard oil (which both smells incredible) the njord beard balm (that works really well with both oils) Bean and brew soap bar w the free gift of beard cleanser - ember mist which I can not praise enough. The beard is looking happy and healthy again and the Mrs absolutely loves it. I selected 1st class postage and the order was fulfilled and delivered very quickly. And I am 1 happy customer and will be back again and again. I can not recommend this company enough. I see people moaning about late deliveries and order issues but I can honestly say that any issues I have had, have always been sorted quickly. I think people need to appreciate this company and the effort a little bit more. Your getting high quality products for reasonable prices. Please be patient. It will totally be worth the wait.
Order delivered within 3 days. Quality of the products is excellent, even the wife loves the scents. Owner is very responsive and helpful when asked questions. Overall a very satisfying expereince, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Whilst I have used in the past and products have been great. Now, placed an order. In early February with 1st class delivery and it's still not arrived. Muliptle emails and no response yet still advertising products on social media. Posting excuses on social media as well but there are customers who havnt recieved products for nearly 6 months. Despite posts saying orders were complete and being sent out..... Nothing arrived.I have had to raise a claim with PayPal to get money back as not sure what's happened to this brand. Real shame and I would avoid.
The scent is insane, I got Royal Oudman and I can vouch for it. Also helps keep the beard nice and smooth, 10/10 no complaints really.
Have ordered several times from the company. And agree with some of the comments regarding recent orders. In fairness my order which I placed in March was fulfilled relatively quickly, apart from a missing ordered item. An email to Darren sorted this out, only for him to fall ill. That said, communication was good and the missing item was delivered as promised. Look forward to ordering items in the future.
It is funny that trustpilot is asking for a review of product that company failed to deliver in 3 weeks time
I can't rate good or bad about the product, as I am yet to recieve the ones I ordered, now a couple of weeks ago. I have benn emailed regularly, but still await my beard oils.

Over a month since I placed my order and still haven't received it. No communication from the owner Darren... Really poor service. I would recommend buying from a different company. UPDATE: After a good few 'your order is being packaged' emails, I have yet to receive an order I placed over 3months ago. Promises of next level service and offers left right and centre on Facebook and website, yet still can't fulfill orders from months ago? I stand by my review. Buy your products somewhere else. Avoid this place like the plague.
Made an order for Β£40 of products in early January 2024, nothing received for 15 days so emailed the store. Had a reply (took a week to reply to me) stating the plan was to ship out orders by 7th February. It's 5th of April and nothing has been received, no updates have been sent out, and the website has been shut down.
I'd been ordering from Odins and sister company Arthur J Hawke for a few years with no issue. But, 17th November 2023 my wife ordered some beard butter for me in plenty of time for Christmas. Despite promising delivery the order did not arrive before Christmas. Emails went unanswered and messages were ignored on Facebook. Every now and again a general email would be sent promising delivery and listing a bunch of excuses for the delay. Most annoying of all would be the constant promotions they would offer on an almost weekly basis. When people would complain on social media comments were deleted and the owner reacted badly to the negativity. Really poor attitude from the owner who fails to understand that customers who have paid money in good faith for a product and have recieved nothing in 3 to 4 months have every right to be angry. The final straw came when Odin announced they were closing, whilst still claiming they would fulfill outstanding orders, we got a refund through PayPal after 5 months of waiting. At no point were we offered a refund. Instead they made promises they couldn't keep and have trashed their reputation in the process. Oh, and it appears they aren't closing now just focusing on beard oil. Clueless operation who will never get my business again.
Placed an order at the beginning of Feb and it still hasn't turned up. After ignored emails, the owner then posted on Instagram asking people to supply details of orders, which I did and eventually got a response saying it was sent. Then when it never turned up there was an email from the owner asking customers to provide details for any outstanding orders. Provided the details again and received a response saying it would be sent. Again, still nothing turned up. Just seems to be a lie after lie, or this is exacty how it looks from a customer perspective, even if that isn't the intention. There seemed to be plenty of emails trying to sell the products, and now emails saying they're going to be concentrating on one product line to make things better, however never any emails to update customers on their orders, which should be the priority given the reviews. Such a shame as I've tried the products in the past and they were good, just massively let down by the service. Would recommend never ordering from here based on the service unfortunately, and if you ever want to see the products you've paid for.
