Nov 22,2023After almost 2 years of my investment I see no positive return, and wanted to close the position with a decent loss. First time I try to close the investment my portfolio manager suggest me to wait 6 months for the market to move in my direction. After 6 months and no movement at all I decided to close with a decent loss (based on the prices availableon my portfolio in the OENO App - and accepting the market went down in the last years). I than got the proposal to close the portfolio with an additional 10% loss! (mainly due to spread prices on the market floor, from nowhere!). There is an alternative: wait indefinitely to get the initial (decent) loss!. Resuming: prices on the app absolutely not correct; investment frozen and a certain lack of transaprency on the procedures and messages with clients. I now have to wait another year in order to have the hope to recover my money. PS: don't believe to promises of easy returns, if someone report easy returns in OENO in the last 2 years is a fake comment clearly! Update 26-04-2024: I understand now Oeno prefer to answer through Trustpilot, rather than to write direct to your customer. All what are you saying is new to me, and after 5 months it's good to have someone caring for the position. I see the price in the APP are generating a profit, but as stated previously the issue was the difference between the price on the APP and the price you than propose, that was much lower; I believe the selling price will be much lower also this time. Happy to receive real price for selling the position. PS: In case the price proposed is similar to the app i will be happy to modify the comment here, that looks the only thing you care. Update2: my account manager was supposed to inform me about an exit strategy, that I didn't get yet. It's 5 months I don't get an update on prices (real selling prices, no App prices).

Nov 13,2023Oeno was proactive in the management of my portfolio and the disposition of wines I held as well as providing me options for the use of the idle funds for additional acquisitions. However, I did not find out about the sale out of my portfolio until after the fact. That is fine and while I can only speak for myself, I hold investment grade wines because I have an interest in them. For that reason, I would've liked a bit more communication with me via email or the mobile app to notify me when Oeno was considering the sale.

Tante belle parole e tante scuse ma ancora non ho visto i miei soldi , di una vendita che voi avete già incassato da tempo ! Vedo che ci sono altre persone che si trovano nella stessa situazione leggendo le recensioni sotto, ad eccezione di quelle positive che sono chiaramente fake! Al limite della truffa , provvederò presto a procedere per via legale

Dopo la recensione qui sotto e lo scambio di altre 2 email con il nuovo referente, ancora non ho risolto nulla, mi hanno chiesto nuovamente i dati del mio conto quando sanno benissimo che li hanno da anni!!!! lo fanno solo per guadagnare più tempo. Da dicembre dell'anno scorso ho ricevuto solo parole e solo promesse. La promessa del bonifico che sarebbe dovuto arrivare a fine agosto inizio settembre non è ancora arrivata. Spero sinceramente di ricevere ALMENO i miei soldi iniziali. E poi cancellare completamente questo tipo di società. SENZA PAROLA ,SENZA ONORE ,SENZA DIGNITA'.!

The payment of deposit and balance were made very easy for me given that I had a hectic travel schedule in the middle of the transaction. And the choice of products for my portfolio were clearly and expertly outlined in a clear and understandable manner. Very good attitude and real customisation in the approach to clients. Oct 01,2023Along with the other 1 star reviews, I am now finally taking the time to write this review as I’ve given Oeno a year/just over to liquidate my wines and they have failed to achieve much to say the least, I cannot express my concern enough to stay well away from this company and also the portfolio manager Lincoln John, amongst being passed around the office to other portfolio managers, I’ve been given every excuse and now to be ignored for months is where I am at without a response. Please don’t don’t hesitate to contact me if anyone is considering investing into this company it’s a scam and I will strongly advise against.
