Sep 18,2023As with other reviews, I've had an awful experience with Oeno. I've been unable to get support with requests to value my portfolio in the past and have now been waiting for 4 months to withdraw my funds. Originally, they estimated it would take 1-2 months to liquidate and withdraw the funds, that then changed to 3 months and now we're overrunning. I've not even had a reply to my emails for the last month. I'd have to recommend you avoid this company like the plague.

Aug 17,2023I made a substantial investment with Oeno on 07/05/2019. After a year, I attempted to initiate the liquidation of my portfolio. However, as of now, only 12.5% of my portfolio has been successfully liquidated, resulting in an annual rate of less than 5%. Their communication leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, my emails have gone unanswered for weeks or even months. I even reached out to the director, Daniel, twice – once on 29/04/2022 and again on 09/10/2022 – in a cordial manner, explaining my predicament and seeking assistance. Recently, I made another attempt to contact them to convey that my situation remains unresolved, despite assurances that my portfolio would be liquidated by the end of 2022. Shockingly, I discovered that my email address has been blocked by Daniel. Given my persistent attempts over the past three years to either sell or transfer the wine, I feel I have been left with no recourse other than to pursue legal action. It's worth noting that many of the reviews here pertain to experiences at the wine bar rather than the investment division. I would greatly appreciate a rating that focuses exclusively on their investment services. While there are indeed some positive investment reviews, the pivotal question remains: Are you prepared to take a gamble?

Sep 23,2023It was my chance to meet my portfolio manager Sid, and he answered all my questions, making me feel more conforfortable about progressing with it. Although it rained at OENO house, it was a good and relaxing atmosphere.
