My random wine purchases had no coherence or focus before working with OenoGroup. They helped identify themes and producers that resonated with my personal taste preferences. Every bottle now has a purpose in my collection rather than just occupying space.
After seeing their storage facility firsthand, I immediately moved my entire collection. The constant humidity and temperature monitoring is far beyond what I could achieve at home.
These guys really know their stuff about wine regions! Asked about Spanish investments and got details about specific hillsides and soil types that affect quality. They don't talk down to you even when explaining complex stuff. My collection now has direction instead of just being random expensive bottles.
Almost cried when my advisor genuinely listened to my personal situation instead of pushing the same boring packages everyone else tried to sell me.
So grateful their investment strategy perfectly aligns with my retirement dreams and what I hope to achieve.
OenoGroup's connections with Japanese distilleries gave me access to bottles that never officially export. Their authentication process is especially important with rare Japanese whiskies where counterfeits are common. The investment returns have far exceeded what I expected when I started collecting.
Watching traditional investments struggle against inflation pushed me toward tangible assets. Fine wine has historically outpaced inflation by a significant margin according to OenoGroup's compelling historical data. The limited supply and increasing global demand fundamentals make perfect sense for long-term holdings.
Really appreciate they focus on making money without forgetting wine should bring joy too.
Wanted investments aligned with sustainable practices beyond typical ESG funds. OenoGroup identified producers committed to organic practices and sustainable agriculture. Their approach combines ethical considerations with strong investment performance rather than sacrificing returns.
Esperienza molto NEGATIVA.
Was honestly dreading another corporate dinner with mediocre wines until our company switched to OenoGroup for event planning. The specialized wine pairings and knowledgeable sommelier made it the first company event I've genuinely enjoyed in years!
After 30 years with our company, the standard watch felt completely inadequate for our retiring CEO. The verticals of his favorite Burgundy producer arranged by OenoGroup brought tears to his eyes during the presentation!
Having my collection stored in London makes it accessible when meeting with potential buyers. Their private tasting room offers the perfect setting for showcasing wines I'm considering selling.
Was terrified of looking stupid but their staff explained everything so warmly I ended up feeling like an insider.
The complicated process of buying en primeur always prevented me from participating despite the potential values. OenoGroup manages the entire process from initial offering through eventual delivery years later. Their allocation access includes producers that typically sell out instantly to long-established customers. The transparent pricing removed the confusion that had previously kept me from this important market segment.
Getting allocated DRC had been a pipe dream until working with OenoGroup. Not only did they secure my first allocation, but they've consistently delivered each year since. Their relationships with producers go far deeper than typical importers or merchants. The pricing was actually better than what I'd seen at auctions for the same vintages which seemed impossible.
Aggiornamento dopo ultima recensione del 01/04/25 Sono passati ulteriori 15 gg dall'ultima mia recensione e, a parte aver ricevuto l'ennesima mail generica, probabilmente copia/incolla a tutti i clienti nella mia stessa situazione, nessuna azione concreta e tangibile, nessuna risposta alle mie mail specifiche o alle mie telefonate.
The tracking software they provide works seamlessly with their authentication system. I can access my collection details from anywhere including full provenance records for each bottle.
Total disaster. Like many other one-star reviews, my dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I’ve put in a request to liquidate my portfolio about 2 years ago now, and so far I’ve received nothing back. It is almost impossible trying to get a hold of my portfolio manager (I’m currently on my third portfolio manager, the other 2 left pretty quickly which is a red flag). In the rare occasion that I do get a hold of someone from Oeno, I always get the same excuses about how the market is bad and how it is not a good time to sell. This is then always followed by promises that they will improve on providing updates and on communications, which unfortunately has not been the case. Based on other people’s experience as well as my own, I can’t help but question if this company is indeed using fine wines to disguise itself as a Ponzi scheme. In short, with Oeno it is easy to get your money in, almost impossible to get it out.

Apr 22,2025All are good words when you invest or when they want to sell new bottles. But if you want to contact them, it is impossible. I was contacted by my "portfolio manager" to sell in the bar my position. I told him I would like to but I would like the money to be reimburse (i.e., I did not want to reinvest). He then refused saying that this was not an option. His only option was to take the ownership of the wines. Then he transfer the "management" of my portfolio to another one. She gave me her phone and told me "call me when you want". After more than 3 weeks calling here every 3 or 4 days, no answer. An email saying, "I'm very busy with customers that have their portfolio in the selling window, this is not your case". If this is not scam, it is very close to be. DO NOT INVEST.
