Apr 03,2024Oeno owes me approximately £4K for wines that still remain with the supplier almost two years after my initial investment. Despite numerous promises to pay me, each agreed-upon deadline has passed without any funds received. Unless I initiate contact, I receive no updates or communication regarding the status of my funds. While they apologise profusely and provide new dates for payment, their actions speak louder than words. I no longer trust anything anyone from Oeno says. This ongoing situation suggests serious cash management issues, and I strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. I have now sought legal advice, anticipating additional fees and headaches as I endeavor to recover the money owed to me. To current investors: I hope you're not facing the same ordeal. To potential investors: I urge you to steer clear before becoming entangled in this mess.

It's been months now since I asked to sell my assets however so far I have not seen any money even though I was told some wine as been sold. In the meantime i cannot book my operation, It's an absolute disgrace. It start to feel like I have been scammed.

Mar 07,2024I’ve always had pleasant dealings with the team at Oneo, but more recently impressed with Jessica - who shared Oneo’s recent focus on continuous improvement especially with client communications. I was impressed that Jessica took the time to arrange a phone call, introduce herself and outline roles & responsibilities. While a “simple act” I feel in a world where we’re less inclined to pick up the phone/meet in person due to the changing nature of work and our means of communication, it’s these kinds of acts that are key to establishing trust and building relationships - and what instills confidence. Starred out with Lewis Williams and current have Ricardo managing my portfolio. The advice and guidance given is exactly what I needed as a novice in wine investments and that advice has definitely paid off so far with very impressive returns over the Christmas period. I get regular phone calls with great new opportunities as and when they arise and always feel well informed. Never too pushy with sales and always ensuring I'm comfortable with any purchases.

I have some reservations about your US wine club promotion which I have summarized in an email to Paul. In short I would not begin your promotion in the US with Chinese wines if you want to be considered a serios player.
