Mar 01,2025Ringraziamento. dopo la rottura dello scambiatore, ho chiamato direttamente alla casa madre a Brescia e mi hanno sostituito il pezzo nel giro di pochi giorni. mi hanno aumentato di un anno la garanzia della mia pompa di calore per il ritardo e mi hanno aggiunto un controllo gratuito a inizio estate. grazie.

Feb 27,2025Honestly, I wish I could return this. The all-in-one system is supposed to be convenient, but the heat pump is so ineffective that I still have to use a separate heater. It also takes up more space than I thought it would, and for the price, the quality just isn’t there.

Feb 26,2025This all-in-one heat pump is not what I hoped for. It’s supposed to be a modern, efficient heating solution, but the performance is poor, especially in colder weather. It takes ages to warm up, and the heat output is minimal. I feel completely let down by this purchase and wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

Unfortunately, it barely works on colder days, and I end up using a space heater to compensate. It’s also surprisingly noisy, which makes it difficult to relax or sleep. Feb 24,2025I’ve used other heat pumps before, but this all-in-one model is by far the least effective. It struggles to heat even a small space, and the airflow is so weak that you have to be standing right in front of it to feel anything. For the cost, I expected something much better.

Feb 20,2025Eine von Fa. Viessmann geschickte Fa. verbaute in unserem Haus im August ´23 eine Wärmepumpe incl. im Angebot hochgelobter Olimpia Splendid Heizkörper. Bereits drei Monate später, zu Beginn der Heizsaison mussten wir feststellen, dass diese Heizkörper keine ausreichende Wärme erzeugen. Nach mehreren Reklamationen war unser Installateur nicht mehr erreichbar und meldete kurze Zeit darauf Insolvenz an. Soweit die Vorgeschichte. Am 07.November ´24 fiel einer der Heizkörper kpl. aus. Da die Fa. welche die Anlage baute nicht mehr existent war, wandte ich mich an Olimpia selbst. Von dort wurde ich verwiesen an deren "Werkskundendienst" Wiegmann-WKD. Nach mehreren wenig fruchtbaren E-Mails erhielt ich am 21.11. einen Anruf des Seniorchefs, der mir versicherte die kpl. Elektronik ersetzen zu wollen. Da ich Elektriker gelernt hatte (heute Rentner) stimmte ich zu, die Elemente selber zu tauschen. Leider handelte es sich bei dieser Zusage lediglich um Verzögerungstaktik. Also hielt ich 2 Wochen Ruhe, stellte aber zwischenzeitlich fest, dass lediglich eine Feinsicherung durchgebrannt war, deren Stärke jedoch nicht zu erkennen war. Dies meldete ich sowohl WKD als auch Olimpia, nur um die Ampere-Zahl zu erfahren. Aber beide Unternehmen waren nicht in der Lage diese Auskunft zu geben. Nach inzwischen zwei Wintermonaten ohne Heizung reichte es mir und brachte dies auch per Mail zum Ausdruck. Antwort von WKD: "MIR REICHT´S AUCH"! Das Beste aber kommt zum Schluss. Als ich anbot, alles Weitere mit meinem Rechtsanwalt zu klären (schließlich war es ein Garantiefall) erhielt ich folgende Mail. Gerne würden wir uns Ihrer Reklamation kümmern. Das Gerät muss zu uns in den Service. Verpacken Sie das Gerät auf einer Pallet mit ausreichender Befestigung. Welche, spielt keine Rolle. Das Gerät muss mit der Spedition bei Ihnen abgeholt werden. Teilen Sie hierzu mit , zu wann das Gerät fertig verpackt ist und nennen sie mir einen verbindlichen Termin zu Abholung. Selbst zu erkennen/wissen, dass es sich nicht um eine Elektro-Heizung, vielmehr um einen in den Heizwasserkreislauf eingebundenen Heizkörper handelt, war oder ist dieser "Kundendienst" nicht in der Lage. Letztendlich kaufte ich ein ganzes Sortiment an Feinsicherungen, 100 Stk. für 6,99€, und ab 0,5 Ampere brannte die Sicherung nicht mehr durch und die Heizung läuft ohne weitere Ausfälle. Sowohl Olimpia Splendid als auch WKD kann ich all denen empfehlen, die mal so richtig "aufs Maul fallen" wollen.

Feb 19,2025Mi hanno istallato un fancoil Olimpia Splendid modello SL AIR 1400 DC TR dicendo che era il meglio sul mercato. Fin dalla prima prova e risultato molto rumoroso e con scarsa resa in caldo. Le due alette si rovesciavano e non si muovevano in sincronia. Ho chiesto immediatamente la totale sostituzione ma la loro policy prevede l'intervento in garanzia solo la sostituzione di pezzi non funzionanti.... un vero scandalo. Sono ancora in ttesa di risposte.... Non comprate Olimpia Splendid

Feb 18,2025Customer service is a nightmare. They blamed me for the unit breaking and refused to help. I’ll never buy from Olympia Splendid again. Their lack of support makes the whole experience even worse.

Feb 15,2025Il 24 gennaio ho scritto una recensione per un problema che avevo da diversi mesi con un prodotto olimpia splendid un sitali sf 150s1 uno scambiatore d'aria. Perché non si riusciva a trovare una assistenza tecnica e ne un ricambio. Oggi sono stato contattato dalla olimpia splendid dove con molta serietà e professionalità hanno preso atto di tutte le problematiche che si sono succedute, e mi invieranno a loro spese il ricambio a titolo gratuito. Cosa dire pienamente soddisfatto e grazie mille

Feb 07,2025Un disastro di macchina. Comprata in dual senza unità esterna, non scalda nulla. Fa un rumore incredibile, il secondo split non funziona. Se le utilizzi insieme dimezzano la potenza. La assistenza non risolve nulla. E oltretutto non costa poco ...anzi!!!! Una bella fregatura. soldi buttati Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto!!!. ora dovremo integrare l'ambiente con un daikin per avere calore. Quelli si... sono seri!.

Feb 02,2025Eine ganz schlimme Truppe. Ich habe 2021 ein Klimagerät über einen deutschen Händler gekauft, der jedoch Olimpia Splendid nicht mehr vertritt. Warum, wurde mir in den letzten Monaten seit September 2024 klar, denn diese "Menschen" sind nicht in der Lage, Ersatzteile, und zwar simple FILTER zu liefern. Außerdem wurde mir eine Insolvenzfirma als österr. Ansprechpartner empfohlen, den ich zwar bezahlte, aber die Ware nie erhielt. Aber die Unverschämtheit kam danach, als die Italiener stets behaupteten, die Filter kostenlos per "Kurier" versandt zu haben, was allerdings eine dummdreiste Lüge ist, da ich bis heute keine Informationen zu diesem "Geisterkurier" erhielt, der auch keine Nachrichten zum Verbleib der Sendung hinterließ. Für wie blöd halten diese Abzocker eigentlich ihre Kunden?????? HÄNDE WEG VON OLIMPIA SPLENDID!!!!!!

Jan 29,2025La mia non è una recensione, ma un tentativo di capire. Devo acquistare alcuni climatizzatori senza unità esterna (stabile d’epoca con vincoli architettonici, avendo io accesso solo sulla facciata esterna) e sono basito dalle recensioni. Su circa 200 il giudizio medio non raggiunge le **, quasi l’80% sono pessime. Non so cosa dire. Abitualmente dubito delle recensioni, ma quando sono così plebiscitarie sorvolare e procedere comunque con l’acquisto mi pare folle ed autolesionistico. Marca famosa, ma….. Lascia oltre modo perplesso la stessa ripetitiva, standardizzata, priva di convinzione ed empatia risposta dell’azienda agli utenti insoddisfatti che denunciano realtà oggettivamente pesanti.

Jan 28,2025Un disastro. Comprato a costo elevato e praticamente inutile. Non scalda nulla. Era ancora in garanzia abbiamo fatto venire i tecnici che nonostante stavano col cappotto dicevano che la macchia funzionava e ci hanno fatto pagare la chiamata. Vergognosi, una frode ai consumatori

Mar 04,2025Something can break or an error can occur --> that's when good customer service shows itself. We had 6 Olimpia heaters and 2 suddenly had technical problems that led to smoke. I got in touch with Olimpia customer service through Amazon and they took the problems seriously right from the start. We exchanged video material and exchanged a lot of emails. The customer service was always friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. In the end, and to be on the safe side, they organized transport and kindly exchanged ALL devices for new ones! Real respect and unique customer service. THANK YOU
