Oct 04,2022Un anno e mezzo con una pompa di calore che non funziona. Non sale di temperatura. 3 assistenze chiamate ma il nulla. Solo capaci di dire che OR non è un errore e intanto la macchina non funziona. ORRENDA AZIENDA E ASSISTENZE PENOSE.

Risultato che ammettono che il loro prodotto e’ pessimo anzi pessissimo e che non hanno una risoluzione al mio problema quindi devo buttare tutto ( uno SPLIT doppio due SPLIT normali e un motore che fa funzionare tutto!!! )

Aug 09,2022Thank god I'm not paying for these things (other than my taxpayer's $$). We are having a total of 67 (sixty seven) of these units installed in a long term care facility and so far, about 1 in 7 works properly. Set temps are never what actual temps ar. Only draws 30°C air and 99% humidity from outside and can't process it without water running all down its face (no way to swith to "recirculate mode". And, 3 of these pieces of junk have shaken themselves right off their wall-mounted brackets. As Maintenance Manager, I am recommending all installation stop immediately until a full investigation is performed. And, don't even think of askimg me to "reach out to you".... I'm tired of talking about it.

Aug 07,2022In data 28 luglio 2022 ho acquistato su yeppon l’Olimpia Splendid dolceclima silent 10p dopo una settimana l’ho portato nella mia seconda casa in collina. Dopo accensione risultati: l’apparecchio ha un rumore insopportabile (e doveva essere il più silenzioso) non ho potuto usarlo nemmeno al minimo di notte; dopo mezza giornata di funzionamento al massimo in una stanza di 20 mq non ha abbassato la temperatura di nemmeno un grado. 351€ buttati. Apparecchio inutile, ingombrante, rumoroso e inefficace. Non compratelo! Ho restituito l’apparecchio al venditore, che è stato molto serio e preciso. Non posso contattare l’assistenza perché non ne ho più la disponibilità.

Aug 05,2022Oggi l'epilogo della infausta storia del condizionatore di mia figlia è stato POSITIVO!!!!! Ringrazio pubblicamente Ivan e Andrea della ditta IMG che grazie alla nuova Unità esterna fornita dalla Olimpia Splendid, ci hanno finalmente fatto provare la sensazione di una casa fresca e vivibile!!! Forse grazie anche ad Alessandra che si è presa a cuore la nostra vicenda...Sarebbe stato bello evitare arrabbiature e tempi lunghi, ma tant'è...tutto è bene quel che finisce bene!!!!

Aug 05,2022Grazie per la risposta, il tecnico già venuto, ho pagato 50 euro, e mi ha detto che normale che ho 28 gradi in stanza 11 m, xke dal aria condizionata esce l'aria fredda. Ma nn si raffredda niente tranne se stessa

Jul 29,2022Salve Io possiedo da meno di due anni un modello unico 12 hp, inizialmente ho avuto dei problemi poi risolti con una assistenza devo dire eccezionale, ma c’è una cosa che vorrei chiedere, quando è sul raffreddamento m, appena parte ed ad intermittenza si sente un rumore difficile da spiegare chiaramente dovrei farvelo sentire, come se fosse un qualche cosa che si apre e poi si chiude o una sorta di interruttore, dura un paio di secondi circa ma è molto fastidioso, vorrei capire se è normale. Grazie.

Jul 29,2022Una cavolata enorme! Non comprate! Si raffredda se stessa. Soldi buttati! La stanza 12 metri sempre 28 gradi, e nn scende mai, anche mettendo 18 gradi su telecomando. Un disastro totale!!!! Mi hanno mandato il tecnico, ha preso 50 euro e ha detto che è normale 28 gradi. Ma state bene? Normale? Non ho parole

Jul 29,2022Sono uno sfortunato possessore di un UNICO Olimpia Splendid. Vorrei sconsigliare l'acquisto ad altri utenti. La pompa che tira via la condensa mi si rompe una volta l'anno (sempre a Luglio). Il condizionatore va in blocco e butta fuori solo aria normale. Ovviamente in quel periodo tutte le assistenze sono occupate, in ferie o senza pezzi di ricambio. Quindi ogni volta devo aspettare Settembre per una soluzione. Essendo una casa vacanze, potete immaginare le conseguenze...

Jul 27,2022Questa è una recensione scritta col cuore e, sentitissima oltre che, reale e veritiera! Buongiorno a tutti e buon refrigerio con Olimpia Splendid. Ho acquistato un clima portatile, Dolceclima, 14000 btu con un'ottima funzionalità. Deumidifica, climatizza, rinfresca e purifica l'ambiente in un batter d'occhio. Sono felicissimo di aver acquistato questo prodotto che, offre a me ed alla mia famiglia un ottimo refrigerio. Sono felicissimo, contentissimo e, soddisfatto perché, oltre che all'ottima funzionalità, ha, alle spalle, un'eccezionale servizio post- vendita. Ho avuto, personalmente, io, in conseguenza della sostituzione del modem per il wifi, un piccolo problema inerente l'App per il controllo a distanza che, per la mia famiglia, è fondamentale ( prima della sostituzione del modem, l'App, l'avevo configurata, al primo tentativo e, funzionava benissimo e, il servizio, a mezzo mail, mi ha dato supporto e tutte le indicazioni possibili ed immaginabili per la risoluzione di questo, mio, problema Mi hanno condotto per mano, passo, passo, hanno avuto tanta pazienza e disponibilità, oltre che, attenzione. È molto importante acquistare un prodotto che, stando alle varie recensioni, oltre che a funzionare benissimo ed a risolvere il problema, offre, anche, un perfetto e disponibilissimo servizio post-vendita. Sono proprio contento; GRAZIE, OLIMPIA ( oltretutto, Azienda Italiana). Consiglio, vivamente e, con convinzione totale, l'acquisto dei prodotti Olimpia. Grazie di esistere, Olimpia.

Jul 26,2022Ottimo prodotto, in questo periodo di caldo infernale, anche sfruttando solo la funzione di deumidificatore riesce a rinfrescare a dovere la casa. Con le finestre chiuse rinfresca in poco tempo. Supercomoda la funzione wifi che ti permette di accendere quando ancora sei fuori casa

Jul 21,2022Terrible product and an even worse company. We paid a lot of money for their maestro unit. It never worked right from the beginning and had a internal quality defect. Company absolutely refused to do anything to make it right and refused to stand behind their product. I have a feeling that they will probably respond to this review by saying that they are doing everything possible to resolve the situation but please don’t believe it. They’ve had many chances and have done nothing Quick update: predictably, they did respond to this review and I followed the instructions to get in touch but it’s the same old reputation management BS. Lots of promises to help but no actual help

Jul 05,2022Salve, Ho comprato 2 condizionatori e 1 motore Splendid Olimpia nel 2018 Da quando li ho presi non hanno mai funzionato... L'anno scorso ,caricati dopo ennesima volta ,e quest'anno di nuovo errore P4!!!!! Ho speso fino ad ora 1000 euro perché mi dicevano sempre che mancava gas Non può essere il motore? Ho fatto estenzione garanzia e mi scade nel 2023 Fino ad ora ho sempre pagato, Possibile che non vi è nessuna copertura,? Faccio un appello a chiunque di competenza, legge la recensione,per un aiuto Con 2 condizionatori mi sono dovuta andare a comprare un ventilatore!!!! È vergognoso!!!!!

Jun 15,2022Don’t recommend. We bought a Maestro unit. It was incredibly difficult to install and I can’t even tell you how much time and energy I have wasted both on the installation and on multiple calls to the manufacturer to troubleshoot various issues. The unit, despite being very heavy and solid, is as fragile as a feather. It’s very fussy and finicky. And our unit doesn’t work. After I did all the installation we turned it on and every time we run it it puts water on the floor. Something inside of it is cracked or broken but there’s no way to troubleshoot it or fix it and no help available. So very expensive waste of time and money Also be aware that the company monitors its online reputation and tries to launder his reputation by responding to reviews and promising to help but not actually intending to help. I’ve tried recently multiple times and also tried previously to get help with a defective product and the company simply will not stand behind their products. I did exactly what they told me to do and I haven’t been contacted or helped.

Jun 13,2022pessima esperienza fa un rumore assurdo era in garanzia hanno mandato un tecnico di savona che senza nemmeno smontare ha detto che fa rumore perchè è stato progettato male... ( anche mia moglie è rimasta allibita) mando una mail per segnalare il caso e mi dicono che se voglio altro tecnico devo pagare i costi ... DA NON COMPRARE ASSOLUTAMENTE è una fregatura e azienda per nulla seria nei confronti dei suoi clienti dovrebbero vergognarsi

Oct 13,2022Olympic Not So Splendid, Piece of waste. I have one in my house, it is noisy, really noisy. Like turn it off noise if you want to be in the same room. Factory rep came out to try and fix it, tried to tell me it was acceptable noise. 80 decibels. Generally I leave it unplugged as it is just a pain. Waste of money, no factory support, buy a Gree product or other, line set to heat pump outside. These clever all in one units are like a Over Priced Window Rattler. When I throw it out I will also have to fix 2 8" holes in my wall.As I said, Just Crap oh, and by the way I am a heating product distributor, 35 years so I know what I am looking at, manufacture support and product quality. One last thing, I offered 1 star as there was not a negative star option.
