Feb 14,2023The application process was easy and a positive decision was received within minutes. Transfer of funds to my dentist was smooth. My treatment was later deferred and the company showed understanding and immediately terminated my loan. They stopped my direct debit and refunded to me money already paid. Staff are very friendly, polite and professional when dealing with customers. A five star company worthy of commendation.

Jan 20,2023After receiving a message stating that I had been registered and gave me a password to use then a link to there system when I entered the system it asked me for a user name and password but I had not received a user name so I couldn’t log on…. Very frustrating

Jan 13,2023Excellent financial work from Omni Capital. Application was straight forward and easy to complete. No problems in setting it up. Everything was clearly explained by Julija @SmileStudio, (who also did excellent work) and proceeded exactly as planned. Direct Debits were collected each month on the date agreed and I even got a notice of completion once the monies were paid back. Would definitely borrow from this company again. Very happy and Thanks for the help 😁

Dec 21,2022You guys work with fraudsters such as FUTURE FIT TRAINING guaranteeing them full payment for something they don’t deliver and then selling the contract to debt collectors. Why I have to pay BW LEGAL after you guys knowing what time of company you are offering your service to ?

Dec 15,2022If you had asked me 12 hours ago I would have given 2 stars as the application process was very easy but have been unable to speak with a person unless it was an email!!! I had been in constant contact with Omni as had found it difficult to make payments and did not feel I was getting anywhere until today. I rang today and was not sure what to expect but got a lovely girl on the phone (Amber) who I had been emailing back and fourth with for a while to discuss my financial situation. From the many people I spoke to she was kind and considerate and made me feel even though I was experiencing financial difficulty that I still had power over my finances which I have not felt for a long time. I just want to say thank you to Omni and Amber for letting me enjoy Christmas and wish everyone at Omni a happy new year!!!

Dec 12,2022The link "click here" did not work for me and entailed many emails back and forth. Eventually when it came to finalising the agreement I spoke to someone who did prove very helpful. Must admit I almost gave up on the whole process, it was not stress free.

Feb 14,2023Despite having a great credit score, they ask you to jump through so many hoops, they also ask for relevant proof of income which you give them and they still decline you. And give you the reasoning to check your credit score, my credit score is ‘very good’ on Experian. what a load of bull & even having 5k in savings. I’d avoid and try somewhere thats going to actually give you a loan instead of these cowboys. Ffs. What a joke.
