If it were possible to give minus stars I would give -5. The last thing one needs when trying to organise a loan for an operation is the stress caused by this lot. Having taken over 3 hours to get loan approved and received all the cocuments I found out 2 weeks after my operation that no payment had been made. No correspondence no nothing! I contacted health group to find out if payment had been reeived, this took 4 days, and no it had not. On the phone again to Omni. We have not received the deposit. I had paid this 2 weeks ago. The health people have not told us we suggest you phone Chrysalis. Why hasn't payment been made I ask. We have not had confirmation that the treatment will happen. I had had the operation 2 weeks ago! I then asked to cancel the whole procedure. Yes OK but we need to contact Circlegroup to confirm that payment has been made. What that had to do with anything is beyond me; especially as they had not made any payment and were to be out of the picture. I would certainly not recommend this method of payment as it causes more stress than the operation. I will contact my hospital to suggest a change of finance supplier.

Customer service has been second to none. I have been suffering and faced difficulties. For almost 2 years Customer service and one person in particular ( Amber ), listened to my phone calls, with care and professionalism. During my dealings with Omni Finance they not only behaved professionally , but was empathic and worked with me during a difficult time. No pressures / No rudeness / Great customer service. And I hope customer service get a nice christmas bonus.
