I have read Omni Capital's reply and am sorry to say that it's still misleading because I raised this issue with them on the 6th of Sept and they gave me serious trauma by saying that they are unable to cancel the loan. Then only recently, when I told them that I will approach the media and contact Trading Standard and Companies house and others; I even reported them to met police; then after a constant battle on the 27th of Sept.2022 they returned my £200. They did not pay any compensation for the trauma I had gone through or any share of £200 that they invested in their business for 21 days. Now, just think, if I was unable to obtain that met police reference number or try to report them to newspapers or companies house then it would have been impossible for me to get this money back. So still uphold the same opinion as it affected my study and work fully. I am sure if I would not have an intention to report both services to the media then I would not receive this payment. Now the question is, who would have the time or who is willing to lose the time and money that they paid for their study? Who would like to put their job at risk as they can't work because of the trauma they are going through? Hence, I will recommend everyone think twice before approaching Omni Finance and Therapie clinics. Please read their small prints, and record everything in a hidden camera otherwise you will be a looser.

Used Omni for a dental plan. Registered and accepted within minutes. Really quick to get approved and everything sorted.
Quick and easy to do ....only down side is difficult to see all options on a mobile phone.
I applied for interest free credit for a dental procedure and it couldn't have been easier. A link was text to me after a call from my dentist. I clicked on it filled it out and things were approved in 5 mins. Very efficient easiest application I've ever filled out . Highly recommend for a seamless process.
it was all straight forward enough But asked me for a user name and Password Which hadn't been sent . But seems to be common knowledge just to use your e-mail address ?
The automated service doesn't recognise my DOB. Line goes dead on redirection. Unable to change password via e mail link. Unable to see my balance on my account . I only want to know my balance .

Quick and easy to set up. The loan will not commence until our goods have arrived and have been installed. So far, we have no complaints.

I have cancelled my loan agreement with this company after being kept waiting too long on the phone to pay a deposit for treatment. The recorded message assures me they are doing their utmost to provide excellent service but this has not been my experience and I will not be dealing with them in future unless they can reassure me their call handling has improved.
I have my op booked for November and I subsequently received a letter confirming that I had an option of 12 interest free payments over a 12 month period. Nowhere in the letter was any instruction what to do about arranging this facility so I rang Circle and eventually was told to go to the website. I eventually located the right area and once that happened the rest was straightforward. I do think clearer guidelines should have been given in the first letter confirming that the payment facility was possible
