The application website is probably the most difficult I've ever encountered. After starting the application on my mobile phone I found the screen was too small for all the information required. After moving to my laptop I found I couldn't use the same password digits. As a result I changed the password. I then found the laptop would not accept the changed password. I contacted OMNI customer Support and Sophie was very helpful and sent me a link enabling me to change the password. The required information on the link was not clear and only with OMNI's customer support's help I managed to change the password. I could then access my loan application but was still confused on the next screen which didn't clearly show where to click on the Draft Application. Again with OMNI's Customer Support's assistance I eventually complete the application.

I do not recommend Omni for purchasers or Vendors. Omni declined a purchase and have been unable to provide a reason why. No responses from customer service or underwriters, so I had no option but to raise a formal complaint #13375 - which has a 3 days response target. This is woefully inadequate when the vendor is waiting to dispatch goods to me that I want tomorrow and that I can easily afford the finance for (like all of us I want to spread the cost of big-ticket items). I will write to the MD Phil Edwards tomorrow if I do not receive a reasonable reply from Omni. I will update this report based on the service level received. As it stands Omni is not just letting me down but also the vendor trying to sell music equipment. *** Update *** Omni have confirmed they will not lend to me for purchase of music equipment @ £39 a month and will not explain other than I do not meet their confidential lending criteria, and "We are not permitted to disclose our lending criteria". This means I have a negative marker on my credit rating, the reasons for which are being kept "secret". Therefore I do not recommend Omni for purchasers or Vendors.
The online application process was very simple, and when I had a "senior moment" and misunderstood where to sign, I got help straight from a quick phone call into the company. And 12 months interest-free is obviously a great deal!

I had need of urgent treatment, and received a plan of future treatment. I was concerned with how I was going to pay, as I didn't have any savings, but was advised about a loan for a year with no interest. The only thing I would have liked to be able to do, was to add a deposit, but it is done now, and I am so relieved. The process was quick and easy and the documents prepared automatically. I cant thank the practice enough for their help and advise over the time I have been a patient there.

Awful, I get accepted for loans 5/10 times more and yet I haven't been accepted. When I call to speak to the provider, they said they can't give me info as to why when I am the person who is applying! Appalling service
