Jul 13,2022This is an especially bureaucratic process hindered by automatic processing and then messaging of incorrect details time and again despite asking a human advisor to stop. The persistent phone calls to sign something which was incorrect almost certainly breaches the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. As a result I am minded to report this company to the Advertising Standards Agency

Jul 11,2022I've given two stars purely on the fact that the lady I just spoke to was polite and helpful, otherwise it would of been a very low 1 star. I had a 12 month credit agreement that was zero interest free credit for a few items from wheelspin model's. So according to my maths which my online bank statements back up. I paid my last payment in June. I got a text message today to informe that another payment is due on the 14th of July. Checked and triple checked my maths and bank statements again. Rang and checked my online account balance with omni capital and apparently I still owe £44.odd. Spoke to a very polite lady and she informed me that I have been charged 15% interest per month as per the credit agreement that I signed. I can't find any information on this at all. Spoke with the retailer and they confirmed they no longer use this company for financing due to complaints and problems. If it had been a 15%intreast on the goods, I would never have taken out the agreement. I'm not completely stupid. It would of been a better to have put it on my credit card. So if I owe a balance of £44.52, why are you going to take £45.97, which only is a slight over payment. But still taking money that isn't yours. You can take the money on the 14th, then the direct debit will be cancelled. I will look into taking this further. You can't change the terms of a credit agreement after terms have already been agreed. Intreast free doesn't mean 15% per month. That's stealing. I have never defaulted on any payments with any company. Only paying this as I don't want a black mark against my name. Edit= Just like to add that you have taken £45.97 instead of £44.52 that was owed. I was told that this would be amended before the payment would be taken. Just goes to show that this company is full of #### and takes money that isn't theirs. Liers as well as thieves. What more can you ask for.

Even if i earn a decent amount, own my flat without mortgage... The other company sent me a proper survey, they don't give a s... Despite that, i feel myself lucky, now that i can see their bad reviews.
