For several years, I got behind in paying my taxes. I would make payments and then stop. Make more payments and stop. I have been divorced for 23 years and lived on my own. I raised 2 daughters with no child support. While I was raising them, I got child credit and I also received most my taxes back in a refund but once they were grown and out on their own, I did not have any tax breaks. Anyway, I received a call from Omni and we were talking about my options and I was then turned over to Janet Mould. Best thing that could ever happen. She was so helpful along with her team and worked diligently with the IRS and with me. I paid what I needed to pay, then paid the IRS what I was asked to pay and once I Pay the remaining balance to the IRS I will be free of this obligation that has been riding my back for years. I would recommend Omni to ANYONE I knew that needed this help. Wonderful company to work with.

We are FREE from Tax Debt ! In2008the Insurance Co. I worked for went under & left the State, I had medical problems & over 80,000 in expenses We lost our Home (short sale) & got behind in our Federal Taxes, for a couple years we paid 500 to 700 a month. Penalties & interests kept growing! It was bad, every day Praying for deliverance from this Debt ! We went to a tv add, J K Harris who robbed us over 4,000 would NOT answer calls & hid after 7 or 8 months I found him & he said, I make too much money ! I was on social security ! I told him He knew that when I filled info about my income! Another co in Calif. good rating worked with us over 2 years & charged me around 5,300 without any success ! We prayed for a miracle & my wife got a call on her cell phone from OMNI we tried 1 more time, we owed 77,000 in interest & penalties Richard Monsolve said he would help & explained the offer & Comperise,He was always there & explained everything & comforted us inabout one year I got a letter from IRS, they approved our offer for 100 dollars to settle the 77,000 Lein ! I am glad I found Omni. They helped me and they can help you too. Richard cared about making this happen for me. The IRS said I owned like 2 hundred thousand but during the recession i couldn't pay to have my taxes done. Omni got it dropped to 33 and would of been 17 if I had proof of my child support . I bet he feels good at the end of the day helping others, I know I would. Thank you all at Omni Financial.

As an Independent contractor in the trucking industry, my taxes got away from me. I was notified that I owed approximately $253,000.00 to the IRS. I tried to resolve this matter on my own. I visited my local IRS office and was told to get all my back taxes filed and current. I did as I was asked only to have them tell me "No" they were not going to accept them. I was at a loss and didn't know what to do. I got online and did some research and found OMNI Tax. I will admit I was very skeptical at first. Initially Chase Cornell was handling my case and eventually Richard Monsalve took over. They did an amazing job. The IRS has fought us every step of the way, kicked things back and even denied my OIC once. Well, I'm very happy to say that after 3 long years, my OIC has been accepted! I only owe $2500.00! I can't thank Richard and OMNI Tax enough. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. I highly recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks so much for all you have done for me.

My husband and I spent about four years of being emotionally and mentally terrorized by the fear of the IRS .... Had many sleepless nights as well as our bank accounts frozen ..... We have been self-employed for all of our lives and things just caught up with us ... With struggling businesses mixed in with the expenses of four girls in college the daily joy in life was gone.... and replaced with fear and worry and countless scary letters from the IRS... Finally I reached out to a friend of mine who used to work for Omni financial and asked him what to do… I asked him if he thought Omni financial was the real deal and could they really help us???? He told me what I was hoping to hear and sent me over to the office here in Vero Beach Florida . He recommended that we see Chris Mansfield and his team. Well here we are two months later and life is finally good again… We are sleeping at night and have everything with the IRS under control Plus we are thousands of dollars ahead with what we thought we owed them. I want to thank Lila Sandgren and Omni Financial for hanging in there until the end to straighten out an error made by an employer who did not include the correct number of people in our household on their filing to IRS -- as a result IRS wanted more than we owed. Last week I finally got my refund for overpayment from IRS. Lila did not stop working with IRS until I got my money back! It has made a difference in our lives! Thank you so very much!!!

Stacy Gill is amazing. From the first conversation to the approval of an offer in compromise she was right on the money! I owed over $90,000 in back taxes and have several tax liens. Three tax liens were removed in less than a month and the OIC was accepted for $6,000 in less than 6 months ! Stacy Gill and her team deliver what they promise. Dealing with any government agency can be an overwhelming task. I was very skeptical of any company as I was in bad financial shape. What little money I had I needed to protect at all cost. I took a gamble and went with Omni. The process took a while and I had many conversations with Chrissy Jones along my journey. Because of her I made it through. She was so patient with me and was great about explaining things along the way. I know there are a lot of things written on the internet, good and bad about Omni Financial. That there are even companies in competition with Omni that will write bad reviews. Let me be clear, I'm a real client, that had very real problems. I had not filed my tax returns for five years. I hired Omni after the Tax Returns had been completed and filed and the IRS was hounding me for over $100,000.00 in past due self employment tax payments. Omni took care of my tax issue with persistence, ingenuity and hard work that resulted in the Offer in Compromise being settled for less than pennies on the dollar. Christopher Mansfield was very patient with my belly aching, frustration and misinformation. Christopher Mansfield, Esq. and is staff were very patient with me. We knew that dealing with my larger tax liability it would be a lengthy process, but with the persistence of Omni Financial, my Offer in Compromise was settled for just over $20 thousand. I came to Omni Financial a very upset and confused person. Not knowing if my situation could be helped or not. I waited till I was backed in a corner to seek help with my problem. My first conversation was with John Leonard. He talked to me, calmed me down and let me know my problem was solvable. Then I was introduced to Laquanna, very pleasant. I am in a tax mess of my own making. When I didn't know how to deal with issues, I just ignored them until they were about to take me under. Then I found out about Omni Financial. I was very skeptical, but they have been great. It's over a year and a half now - the IRS moves slooowly - and they have continued to proceed with my case. It's not cheap, but I am getting real results. At least there is now light at the end of the tunnel. I can't say enough good things about Janet Mould, the primary person who is doing the work on my behalf. She's been there every step of the way, even when I get emotional.
