Dec 18,2015We've struggled with the IRS for years, hired "experts" who promised to fix everything, and tried to handle it ourselves. We found OMNI and were skeptical. Chris Mansfield was confident he could help us from the very first conversation. He kept us informed, filed paperwork on time, and and handled all discussions with the IRS. He was successful in securing an installment agreement 1/3 of that originally given by the IRS. We highly recommend OMNI for anyone having trouble dealing with the IRS. Chris saved us so much stress and has been more than willing to answer questions and hold our hands through this process. Do yourself a favor and just hire OMNI. It will add years to your life.

Dec 08,2015I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FOR NEARLY 8 YRS WORRYING ABOUT MY TAX DEBT TO THE IRS.. MY TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEEDED $600K. OMNI FINANCIAL CALLED ME ONE DAY AND STARTED TO EXPLAIN THEIR SERVICES.. I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL AND REALLY DIDNT WANT TO DISCUSS MY SITUATION CAUSE I DIDNT BELIEVE IT WAS FIXABLE... TONY LEFT A VM MESSAGE AND ASKED ME TO CALL HIM.. HE MUST OF CAUGHT ME ON A DAY OF HELPLESSNESS.. I RETURN THE CALL AND AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES I STARTED TO THINK THEY COULD HELP ME.. THAT PHONE CALL WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.. When we were approached (called) by Omni Financial, we were a little skeptical because we had another tax service that we had been with since 2010. What we appreciate with Mr. Graul and his team, is that they keep in contact with us at least weekly and let us know what is happening with their contact with the IRS contact person assigned to our case. Mr. Graul and his team work hard for us and keep our best interests and our finances in mind when dealing with the IRS. They are always friendly and courteous when we have a question or concern about where our case is at and where it is going. Without them, who knows where we would be right now. Mar 17,2016Well a detailed review of this experience would require at least the content of a small book however I will present the abrevaited version. When I came to Omni I was in a stqte of despiration after having been victimized and financially assalted by multiple scam companies which claimed outstanding results and garanteed satisfactory results with the IRS.all of which turned out to be shamless pathetic lies.All they did was charged me thousands and thousands of dollars then one way or another managed to dissappear through bankrupsy,defunct busssinesses or various despiicable means exits from their professional responsibility,So there I was once surfing the internet because I had a rapidly approaching date with Big Brother {IRS].Finally and fortunately I found and met the at Omni they were friendly and professional which was quit appealling.However by this time I was very suspicious and apprehensive so we had a rather rough intoductory period so just before I walked away they intoduced me to Ms.Janet Mould who obviously must have advanced training in dealing with disallusioned disgusted difficult customers with her professional knowledgeable kind and persistant personality .From the point forward we begain to work deligently ,persistantly and harmoniously on my Big IRS PROBLEMS and now we are patiently awaiting the final decision by them on my Offer in Compromise !
