Mar 01,2019I'll start by saying my tax issues didn't happen overnight and didn't go away overnight due to the complexity of my case. I remember my very first conversation with Carmine getting everything started. I was assigned a team that started on my case right away. It was a long road. Only people who have been in my position can understand the unbearable stress unresolved tax issues cause. Thank you? Thank you is not enough. Chrissy Jones and the rest of the team, like Mary etc. I will forever be grateful for all the work you did. I know I could not have done this without your help. I had a tax debt in excess of 100k in Federal and state taxes. Tax liens, garnishments etc. Update: I just received a letter in the mail last week. It was my Certificate of Release of Federal Tax Lien. My IRS tax debt is now completely resolved and the state taxes are all but done as well. Again it was a long road and a huge mountain to climb. From the very beginning, my case was handled with nothing less than a professional "can do" attitude and being resolved promptly.I was beyond surprised at the efficiency from the start to the end. Oct 16,2018There are no words to describe how INCREDIBLE Omni Financial has been to help us overcome and work through the biggest financial mess of our lives! Stacy Gill has been wonderful in guiding us and teaching how us to deal with our tax issues. As a business person, I was too busy to take the time to make sure my federal tax payments were made in a timely manner. Each year I would get further and further behind until it began to snowball into an overwhelming mountain of back taxes with interest and penalties. I would reassure my wife that I could handle it on my own, but that was a huge mistake. It put an enormous amount of strain on our marriage. On July 8, 2011 Stacy Gill and Tony Daugherty (her assistant at that time who was later promoted) got involved and began to help turn our lives around. Stacy helped me and my wife to build a strategy to begin to make timely payments to the IRS. Her assistants Bianca and Pat have always been there to encourage us and to help lead us through this scary financial valley. THE IRS DOESN'T PLAY. Certified letters, tax liens on our property, and wage garnishments are a nightmare, Stacy, Bianca, and Pat helped to change that by stepping up to the plate. Sep 19,2018I have to say that my experience with Omni, Stacy, Bianca and Pat was exceptional. I can say this with confidence as this was the 2nd "specialist" that I hired for this IRS issue. The other company was vague about what exactly they would handle and often said that certain issues were not covered under their contract. I found Stacy's team to be quite the opposite and very transparent. Going through such an experience like the IRS can leave one feeling quite lost and vulnerable. I was seemingly taken advantage of by the other "specialist" so I was very apprehensive even with the friend's reference. OMNI was exactly the right choice. I only wish that they had been the original reference. Side note OMNI was even less expensive with far better customer service and results.

Aug 17,2018I owed money to the IRS and after receiving a call from Omni I decided to go ahead and hire them to negotiate a payment plan with them. The whole process took about 4 months to complete and a payment plan that I could work with was agreed upon. Omni handled all the paperwork and the negotiation on my behalf. They did what they were supposed to do and I am satisfied with their services.

In all honesty, I was pretty dubious at first because it seemed like a lot money to pay when I already owed the IRS so much, but it was 100% worth it. LaQuanna and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They stopped all collection actions by the IRS and stayed on top of me to make sure I met all deadlines throughout the offer process. My offer was accepted and I am paying less than 5% of the back taxes and fees that I owed. I cannot recommend Omni (and especially LaQuanna) highly enough. If you are dealing with IRS problems these are the people to call!
