Jul 29,2015I would like to thank the entire OMNI staff and especially Lillian Nettles for the professional job done on helping me resolve my IRS tax situation. From the first conversation I had with OMNI I was impressed with their thorough knowledge of the process and confidence that only comes from having done something, many, many times. Once hired they took an aggressive approach at protecting me, were always available for questions (and occasionally a little hand-holding), and kept me informed every step of the way. Lastly, a friend in the same situation no more complicated than mine used a flat-fee 'discount' company. He started his process before me, never seems to know what's going on with his file, and is still waiting for his offer to be reviewed. Meanwhile...I'm done! Thanks OMNI!

Jul 09,2015My Tax Debt spanned over a decade and was created by my ex-wife that I trusted with my business and personal books. It kept growing every month with huge penalties and interest and was keeping me up at night from the stress. I attempted to deal with it on my own but it was overwhelming. Jun 07,2015Resorting to seeking professional help from a company such as Omni Financial in the first place, defines your situation. An unnamed competitor, initially required/received a substantial payment, and provided almost nil results. Leaving me a little gun-shy, once working with the reputable, friendly and knowledgeable people at Omni Financial, the feeling of safety and reassurance was almost indescribable. Their fees are fair, do not increase or fluctuate until/unless you need to renew your contract, and always maintain consistency. Every case is different, important, and given the individual attention it deserves. I was sure I was "buried more deeply" than anyone else, and bad as it was, the staff is accustomed to being totally able, legally adept, sympathetic, encouraging, and prepared to address any scenario, no matter how repetitive/ridiculous the process may become. My case involved both State and Federal Institutions, and one appreciated aspect of the process, was their attention to detail and total commitment in keeping me abreast of every step / REstep / REdo, and strategies implemented, as my "opponent" reneged on contracts, continued (illegally) to contact me personally, and via sloppy managerial methods, managed to drag out my case much longer than could be imagined. Attempting to blindly ignore Omni's protecting me from ongoing penalties, fines and fees, the IRS continually sent warning letters, alerting me to how much/fast my delinquent account was growing. Until one finds themselves in the predicament of being one grain of sand against the boulders of mishap, accident, etc., it is unfathomable to image the fear, confusion, and uncertainty of finding any solution. I certainly learned how ignorant I am, regarding the "real world" / consequences of being held accountable for events, whether the cause is accidental, medical, erroneous / and how shades of gray are translated into hard facts of black or white. Based on my experience with Omni, from the friendly, considerate personnel / their availability / level of knowledge and persistency / willingness and unwavering dedication to resolving my personal nightmare – if honesty, dependability, and reliability are factors you are looking for, I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Omni Financial.

Thousands of dollars and nothing done but blowing smoke and taking my money they did not get anything done and left me holding the bag, Because of the penalties and fines that has been levied and the complications of having no recourse with that company it has put us in a carious position. I truly appreciate and recommend Omni to anyone that needs assistance with the IRS they will definitely fight on your behalf. I did not know what to do after going through a difficult divorce and financial hardship.
