Every step of my Tax Debt was explained to me including upfront pricing and although expensive, the plan was well worth my Tax outcome. Omni has been working for us since November, 2011, and in July, 2012, Chase Cornell was assigned our case. Thanks to Chase's hard work, tenacious attitude, and kind spirit, he has helped to turn our lives around. Due to a significant downturn in our business for a number of years, we found ourselves behind on taxes to the IRS and state for a 4-year period. In addition, the IRS did an audit on my LLC for 2004, and came back to us with $61,000 due. Chase tackled all of this for us and stayed in close touch almost monthly to make sure we were on top of our installment plan payments and paying our current year quarterly taxes to the IRS (so that we wouldn't lose our installment plan that Omni put in place for us). In regard to the audit of my LLC, thanks to Chase and the team he worked with, I ended up not owing any of the $61,000! Once our taxes were caught up and the audit resolved, I assumed we were finished with Omni. Chase wasn't finished, though. He wanted to pursue getting back any IRS penalties and interest paid from numerous tax years. In the end, we got back thousands of dollars, which in that last task, reimbursed us for all fees paid to Omni through the years! I would recommend Omni to anyone with tax issues, and specifically, Chase Cornell.

The IRS has audited me 19 times out of the 43 times I have filed taxes in my life. 13 of those was when I was a teacher and coach. All but 2 of those audits were accepted as filed. Then in 2011 the IRS dropped 9 years worth of audits on me at one time. These were pretty much line by line audits. The agent they assigned had only been with the IRS for 7 months. I, at one time, had my own tax consulting business for 15 years and was not unfamiliar how the IRS operated. This agent did not go by the IRS protocol and did not send my appeal letters certified. To make a long story short, she did not handle this correctly. The result was that I ended up owing the IRS around $600,000.00 dollars. Luckily I became aware of Omni Financial Services. Stacy Stewart, her assistant Tony Daugherty,their team and I launched on a 3 year battle with the IRS. These very well trained professionals took over and as a team, they and I, were able to secure an Offer in Compromise which off set over $500,000 dollars of the original bill. They guided me every step of the way and with the help of their legal resources and expertise,we were able to get the job done. If I had undertaken this on my own, I know it would have cost me more money and I don't believe the out come would have been as successful. I can say without reservation that this company, Omni Financial, made a life changing difference for me. One that I will appreciate for ever. They were efficient, they educated me as we went along and they always did what they said they would do. The first 2-3 years were really difficult and frustrating. My account manager changed 2 or 3 times and each time the new person would ask for the same documentation over and over again. Additionally, the request for funds continuously kept coming. I wish they would have addressed the entire picture before quoting a price because it ended up costing 5 times more than the original quote. In the end, the fee was reasonable, I just hate being blindsided with additional fees every couple of months. Once Stacy Stewart took over the account though, it was smooth sailing. She was professional, informative, hard-working and on top of the project. I was extremely pleased with Stacy. This was a complicated case, and she was amazing!!! I would recommend STACY STEWART to anybody!!
