Every thing was very reasonably priced and they were always available to answer any questions and they gave us constant updates. I had never felt so confident in doing business with a company as I did with Omni. Our business relationship completed in July of 2016, with saving us $32,000.00 ! But Omni went above and beyond !! It is now May of 2018, and a question of lien releases came up! One phone call to Paul Clark and he researched. He promptly called the IRS and had the lien releases in hand and then forwarded them to me. A big thank you to Omni and Paul Clark !!

I had acquired some IRS debt throughout the years and as soon as I contacted them Lila Sandron stopped all phone calls and letters from the IRS. She was able to save me over 70,000 as well as stop all collections, which allowed me to catch up on unfiled back taxes. She was always helpful and pleasant on the phone as was her assistant Valerie. I was going with a competitor in California because of an ad I heard on the radio. I had sent a deposit and 5 days to cancel. On the 5th day I got a call from OMNI.They explained the process and how much it would cost. Since I used to live in Vero Beach and doing my due diligence and reading reviews like I am writing right now I decided to go with OMNI and not the competitor and I am so happy I did. When things got out of control and felt that there was no one to turn too or even trust, we were approach by her organization to solve our tax issue with the IRS. Apr 02,2018I had a situation with the IRS that accrued over several years. I was approached by Omni and everyone i talked to was very professional. They listened to my sob stories. Chris Mansfield at the Florida office was very patient in working up programs and alternate arrangements for me, despite fact that i broke my promises to him several times. I was going through a lot of turmoil during the period of time Chris worked on my case. I eventually held up my end of the negotiations, and completed payments. Chris was very patient, and professionally let me know in cold hard facts where i stood. He was not able to get me a significant reduction in what i owed the IRS, however he did negotiate a lesser monthly payment than I could have done. I am very satisfied with the work he and his staff did for me.

May 31,2018These kinds of issues dont go away over night however Stacy and her team were really great to work with. I admit I always hated answering their phone calls and emails but they were always friendly but direct with what they needed.. We had several times that family emergencies came up and they were understanding and always asked how the person was doing before asking for what they needed.
