When we started this process with Omni I had no idea about any of these things. My husband became ill & had open heart surgery. I didn't know what was going to happen or how to take care of any of these legal things. I was blessed one day to meet Janet Mould on the phone & from that day on she and her staff have been amazing. She answered any questions I had & lead me through the process. I pray I'm never in that situation again but if ever that happened I'd definitely trust Omni to help. I almost feel like they were family. If ever you have doubts you can always trust Omni. Thank you Janet Mould for you kindness & faithfulness to your job. Very much appreciated.

I would definately recommend Omni Financial. They are are professional and knowledgeable . The representitcative who was in charge of my case, Sandra Mitchell, was so experienced and efficient. It's hard to believe that I could even say considering the stressful nature of a tax problem, but many of our conversations were actually very pleasant. Sandra put me at ease and it was such a great relief to know that she was taking such good care of my tax issue. She always kept me up to date on each phase of discovery and resolution. She gave me hope when I thought things were hopeless. Sandra and her team of assistants are a great asset to Omni Financial, and Omni Financial is a company you can trust. Five stars all the way!! Before i met Omni Financial Iwas in a desperate situation with my taxes with so many scams out there its hard to know who to trust especially when every body wants x amount of dollars to start. I wouldnt be in trouble if had that kind of money to begin with never the less i wont bother u with the many horry stories i when thru and the fear and anxiety of IRS or STATE behind you. All I have to say Omni was a God sent. They were patient and informative they guided me step by step and were by side the whole way needless to say my IRS situation has been resolved with Offer in comprise and the STATE is pending not because of Omni. Its just that State is back up with so cases. So I highly recommended Omni to any who looking for true help with there tax problems. P.S. I was struggling with this tax problems for many please do your self favor trust Omni Financial they are the best.

We have had tax issues over the last several years, and although very frustrating and expensive Omnifinancial has been very good to work with. Tony and Stacy worked with us to find the best solutions with several different issues, and tried to find any way possible to lessen the burden. They also worked with us with payment options during very difficult financial times. I hope we do not need to contact them again, but if needed, would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend to others that may need assistance.

Omni Financial so far has given me needed relief, with an Offer in Compromise that as prepared, saved me tens of thousands of dollars on a tax bill from the IRS that claimed I owed the government more than $60,000. The help I received from Omni was thorough, and questions I had during the process were answered fully and thoroughly. The OIC procedure, once undertaken with the IRS, is complex and very information and forms-centric. The aid given to me by Omni was in retrospect, quite helpful in negotiating the entire complicated process. I would recommend it for any individual facing some IRS action that could be catastrophic for them.

After almost 5 years and countless dollars dealing with a different tax help company I was shocked to receive a letter from The IRS saying my payment program was suspended and I needed to pay up. As I owed well over 200,000,00 this was quite a shock. I contacted Omni and was soon working with one of the finest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure to work with, Jim Van Hekken. Jim was courteous and understanding and so upbeat that I felt better immediately. Jim and his assistant Maryanne Clauson were the very best and worked their tails off in my behalf and brought my problem to a very quick solution. They were both very informed and very competent as for as dealing with the IRS and were able to get a favorable solution to my problem . I will always be grateful to these wonderful people for getting my life back.

I was in over $120000 in back taxes when i reluctantly retained omni financial. Little did i know this would change my life. I can't have enough praise for this company. I want to start by saying THANK YOU Kristen Cinque! In January of 2012 I came home to a card left on my door from an IRS agent. I was caught completely off gaurd. I called my CPA. She assured me there was nothing to worry about and she would take care of it. I realized after six months of phone calls with the Revenue Officer and my CPA that my CPA had taken my money but did not take care of business. I then called a "high powered" CPA whose specialty was dealing with the IRS and back taxes. His solution was to amend my tax returns for previous years which added an additional$45,000 to my tax debt. He assured me there was no chance of qualifying for an Offer In Compromise and this was the best deal I was going to get. My only option was to sale my house and start making an unending payment to the IRS that I could not afford. I had been dealing with the IRS and CPA's for about one year at this point. The entire time interest and penalties were building. I was at the end of my rope. Anyone in this situation knows the weight can be unbearable. I received a phone call from Omni. I was busy and did not want to talk to another company promising to solve my problem with the IRS. Enter Kristen. Kristen told me if I was honest about my situation she could help. She explained I definitely qualified for an Offer In Compromise. I was hesitant to say the least. In fact I told her I would remember the day she told me I should reject my previous arrangement and take her advice. It took another year and a half but Kristen delivered. My initial experience with Omni to settle a tax problem was estimated to be a 6 month representation. My problem was so complicated that I am currently in my 3rd Year. Were it not for the extremely professional service and initiative taken by Lila Sandgren and her immediate staff none of my problems would have been solved. During this laborious negotiation, Lila uncovered some errors made by IRS in my records which were vital to my bottom line. At every step of the way she has been deliberate, consistent, and involved to allow me the best benefit. She is kind, and, firm in what is expected of me as a client and I respect her judgment and trust her implicitly. Overall, I could not have had better representation in any firm and I am fortunate to have her on my case. I would like to express my gratitude to the Omni Financial office in Vero Beach, Florida. The representative I had the pleasure of working with Kristen Cinque was second to none. In the beginning stages it will be challenging because the only way they can help you is for you to send the information that they request of you. Everything is time sensitive therefore if you don't take it seriously don't bother wasting your time. Folks this works. I actually saved over $170,000 dollars in reference to my Offer n Compromise. All the request and constant deadlines that I responded on time and took very serious paid off in the end. Today I have a fresh start and I owe it all first and foremost to a spiritual aspect an second to Omni Financial and my Rep. Kristen Cinque. She no doubt is the best in the business. Last I just want to say its never too late to get a handle on your tax mess. The longer you procrastinate the worst it will become. It doesn't go away it gets worst. My husband and I were years behind in taxes. My husband has been self employed for years and with everyday life things going on we honestly got behind in paying in quarterly and it snowballed from there ending us in over 400,000 dollars in debt to the IRS with the saving grace of Richard Monsalve we able to settle our debt for 100.00. I know it doesn't seem possible but it truly is, I was skeptical at first but with our hard work as a team it really was possible. I would recommend this team to anyone. The stress of that burden has been resolved.
